As the "Pro" was shooting pre-wedding bridal shots in the courtyard, I took this one with my Sony pocket camera through a window. It was a joyful and fun-filled celebration!

As I mentioned before, everywhere you look you will see a Bride. They are just like icons placed in the correct place and in the correct moment. This Bride was kind of risking her life as she was on top of a house with no protection at all. You have to do what it takes to take the shot you want isn't it? I hope you like my take.

I coveted this gown ever since I first stumbled across it a few years ago in the Simple Elegance website in the USA.
Note: I haven't been able to locate the Simple Elegance website since December 2015 - don't know if they still exist under a different name. Good luck looking!
One of my Flickr friends recently posted a photo of a wedding shoot at the Legion of Honor in San Francisco, and I was inspired to locate this photo in my archives. The courtyard at the Legion of Honor in San Francisco is a popular place for wedding photographs, and it's always fun to capture the action.

The bride and her attendants were nervously awaiting their cue to start the processional. As onlookers in the hotel oohed and aahed and wished her luck, she broke into a smile and gave them a high five.
I chuckled to myself when I noticed her clutching her bouquet with one hand while reaching toward the emergency exit with the other.
