Gynecomastia (Gynaecomastia) commonly known as ‘man boobs’ or ‘male chest enlargement’ or ‘moobs’ is an abnormal enlargement of breasts in men due to growth of breast tissue because of hormonal imbalance of estrogen and testosterone.
