I got somewhat annoyed with the problems of trying to do macros without a macro lens ... I've finally got one and it's soooo much nicer! :-) The problem is I now have macro photos of a whole pile of random things, including this one, taken in the bathroom sink ...
The next minute we were face to face with a machine gun toting officer. This was overkill - there were plenty of unarmed officers around who could have had a quiet word. And what happened to the right to demonstrate peacefully anyway? Is it against the law to dance and be happy now? Who or what is being served and protected by this pointless intimidation?
