The Lyres

Lyres (sometimes miscredited as The Lyres) are a Boston-area alternative rock musical group led by Jeff "Monoman" Conolly. Lyres were founded in 1979[1] following the breakup of DMZ. Their most popular songs included "What A Girl Can't Do" and "Help You Ann". The original lineup of the band featured Rick Coraccio(bass),Ricky Carmel (guitar), and Paul Murphy (drums).
Former DMZ members Rick Coraccio, Paul Murphy, and Peter Greenberg had rejoined Connolly in Lyres over the course of their existence (from 1979 to the early 2000s) [1]. Miriam Linna, former drummer of The Cramps andThe A-Bones, played in Lyres in 1986. Stiv Bators of The Dead Boys and Lords of the New Church, and Wally Tax of The Outsiders also recorded with Lyres in the late 1980s.
Lyres were less active in the 1990s, due to Conolly living in California and in Europe for brief periods of time. After a renewed period of activity in the early 2000s, the band went through another dormant period up until 2005. The band has been playing regularly during the last two years. Conolly is the only member who has been in every lineup during the large number of personnel changes that Lyres have gone through over the years. In 2009, Lyres played at the Go Sinner So festival in Madrid and an additional date in Porto Nuovo. This line-up included Peter Greenberg on guitar.

Small changes don't require a lot of effort and can deliver really big results. Wait for Her to Come to You Believe it or not, the world is small. Once people start noticing the little changes you're making, and believe me they will, word will get back to her. Women are curious creatures. Not only in the sense that men have a hard time understanding them, but because they like to know what's going on. It will drive her insane with curiosity that you're doing so well without her. She'll want to know why you're looking better, getting together with other people, and making changes for the better in your life - even little changes get big attention in today's world. She will call or "bump" into you just to see what's different. She'll be desperate to know what's going on. That's when it's really time to work your magic. I've been noticing with a few coffee blends lately. the crema on my americanos does this weird clumpy breakup thing. (it only happens with a few coffees, others brewed thru the same machine don't do this). Anyone know what's going on?
Breakup is a strange potential, a million creaks and cracks from my perch below the bridge. With heavy rain and warmth coming, the river will be empty of ice by morning. The change comes like something from a fantasy story, a taste of spring when it's still so far away. It means more because you know it'll never last, like every moment with night falling, each trick of the light played into the hands of darkness. Sometimes it's violent, but mostly subtle, slipping off like sleeping. I prefer to notice what's easily overlooked. There's plenty of eyes for big things.

China Northern Airlines was an airline founded in 1990 and based at Dongta Airport, Shenyang, Liaoning Province, China.
Besides Shenyang, it also had three hubs at Harbin Taiping International Airport, Changchun Longjia International Airport and Sanya Phoenix International Airport.
It was one of six major airline corporations that were formed as a result of the breakup of CAAC's airline operations. It initially operated a fleet of Airbus A300, McDonnell-Douglas MD-80, MD-90 and, later, Airbus A321 aircraft. It operated predominantly domestic destinations and also to North Korea, South Korea and Japan.
China Northern Airlines merged into China Southern Airlines in 2003. The company operated a total of 8 Airbus A.300-600s.
B-2329 (c/n 762 series 622R) was delivred to China Northern in January 1996 but immediately leased to Korean Air as HL7581. In January 1999 the plane returned to China Northern. In February 2006 the plane joined China Southern Airlines. Retired in August 2008, it was sold to TAC in South Africa as ZS-TSA but almost immediately re-sold to Saha Airlines in Iran as EP-SIF. From May 2010 to September 2011 it was leaed to Iran Air. In February 2012 it was sold to Meraj Airlines, always in Iran. Not clear if still in service (as per November 2020).

Miley Cyrus has finally spoken out about ex-boyfriend Nick Jonas. Niley was real. Miley told Seventeen [Via People]: 'We became boyfriend and girlfriend the day we met. He was on a quest to meet me, and he was like, 'I think you're beautiful and I really like you.' And I was like, 'Oh, my gosh, I like
you so much.'
Nick and I loved each other. We still do, but we were in love with each other. For two years he was basically my 24/7. But it was really hard to keep it from people. We were arguing a lot, and it really wasn't fun.'
After they broke up at the end of 2007, Miley tells Seventeen..
