Love this production at Tulsa Living Arts, slides shown upon structure, that makes an impact. Valery Lyman's story. I manipulated the atmosphere light but the projection on the structure is real.

Jewel - Break Me

"I will meet you
In some place
Where the light lends itself
To soft repose
I will let you undress me
But I warn you
I have thorns
Like any rose
And you could hurt me
With your bare hands
You could hurt me
With with the sharp end
Of what you say
But I'm lost to you now
And there's no
Amount of reason
That could save me
So break me
Take me
Just let me
Feel your arms again
Break me
I'll let you make me
Just let me
Feel your love again."

While in South Carolina, I managed to get a shot of a Anhinga, also known as the American Darter, or snakebird. It is unusual in that it swims with only its head and neck above water. With the ambient light and the reflections I liked how the bird glided thru the shadows.

he Red Arrows are initiating the Vixen Break maneuver, their final act of the show. If you remember my previous post on the Vixen Break, you’ll notice this was taken from a different angle. That’s because these photos were captured on two different days from two separate locations.

I stopped by a Marl Lake on a work trip for a break and opportunity to snap a few. I noticed these bluetail damselflies buzzing around some plants by the water. This one was taking a break like me :)
