I believe this is a Black Racer snake, commonly seen in Florida. (Coluber constrictor priapus,) Taken a few days ago in Naples, Florida with my Sony a1, 400mm lens with a 1.4 extender, 1/2500 sec at f/4, ISO 1600. "I'll get you out!!!!"

This stained glass window, made for the Methodist Church in Springston by the Bradley Brothers glass studio in Christchurch., commemorates the Australian and New Zealand Army Corps (ANZAC). It depicts St George, the soldier saint, who slayed the dragon and is a symbol of bravery and chivalry.
Pintail Ducks normally keep their distance from humans but this male felt secure when surrounded by 1000 Mallards and other waterfowl at LaSalle park, paddling within 20 feet of us in this uncropped photo.

The high tide and sunset were in perfect harmony this evening, so I decided to venture down to the fisherman's cottage located in St Ouen's Bay, Jersey to capture the event. I felt so alive, watching and feeling the raw power of nature.
Just after sunset at the Black Rock, Pu'u Keka'a, there is ritual to honor the sun and the Hawaiian warriors who used to show their bravery by cliff diving. The ancients thought that souls of the dead jumped into heaven from Pu'u Keka'a.
