the meaning of 'bhuna'
an Indian dish or sauce in which spices are dry-roasted in a pan and then combined with a moistening agent such as yogurt or water.
the word 'bhuna' refers to the cooking method of this dish, and means 'to fry' or 'fried'. usually the spices are fried gently, before adding the meat.
originating in bengal, bhuna is a hot curry and doesn’t come swimming in sauce. it’s usually a thick sauce, with just enough to cling to the meat.

This is a Macro Monday's outtake after a day of shooting many props and coming up with nothing! Look closely and see the airplane sketched behind the glass. Better luck next week!
I'd not seen one of these moths in the garden in Earley, Reading before, so was surprised to find that it was a fairly recent accidentally introduced species to Britain, first sighting reported in 2007.
Exploration of the present day human condition and behavior as reflected in the lifeless world of mannequins and store windows. As beautiful as it seems from a visual perspective, there is an ever-present reminder of the lack of emotions, and an almost surrealistic belief of happiness and pleasure derived from the material world. Trapped in a well-conceived, visually stimulating box, these mannequins exude spiritual bliss, presenting a paradoxical interpretation of reality.
Just for fun, I shot this photo in color, and then played around with it in Photoshop, trying to bring down the hot light hitting the box office, I managed to get the rest of the image the way I wanted it, so that was enough for now.

On my way from from Moab this year, I stopped at Wupatki National Monument north of Flagstaff to poke around some. I didn't delve deep into the monument-only stopping at the for couple of sites. This is Box Canyon Ruin.
This tiny trinket box is just under 2 inches wide. I bought the kit for this at a craft fair. I enjoyed the embroidery, but making it into a box, with lining, is probably the most fiddly sewing I have ever done.

I used to collect old money and came across this old box that I stored it in. It was buried on some old tote that had made its way to the back of the closet and only resurfaced over Christmas when we repurposed the guest room into a permanent home office.

(Apologies, I do not have a piggy bank and, with COVID, I didn't feel comfortable in going searching stores for one. This box is truly a money box and that is all it has ever contained for the past 40 years. I hope it will be acceptable for the theme, as I did not see the later note that a piggy bank was the intent, since the original challenge indicated any shape and that a slot through which to push money was not mandatory).
One of Jerry's toys made by Arnold from the early 50's It has a winding mechanism that makes it go and another thing to make it turn right and left.
The box is so cool I had to show it off
