The Bold Coast in Cutler, Maine. One of Maine's treasures and my first time hiking the area. The whole hike is a 10-mile loop, but time was short and I was only able to do half the loop.

I think this is my favorite one, because it's more assertive than my other paintings. An outlier of my style - but still my style.

Bold Eagle is an Indigenous Summer Program held every year in Wainwright, Alberta. This six week program for Indigenous youth combines military training with Indigenous culture and teachings.
After completing the program candidates choose whether they want to continue their military career and have the option of joining the Regular Force, Reserves, or Canadian Rangers. This year's program concluded on August 11, 2023.
Bold Eagle est un programme d’été pour les Autochtones qui se déroule chaque année à Wainwright, en Alberta. Ce programme d’une durée de six semaines pour les jeunes Autochtones allie l’instruction militaire à la culture et aux enseignements autochtones.
Après avoir terminé le programme, les participants peuvent choisir de poursuivre leur carrière militaire et s’enrôler dans la Force régulière, la Force de réserve ou les Rangers canadiens. Cette année, le programme s’est terminé le 11 août, 2023.

I took this photo as a joke randomly snapping a serious selfie, but when I cropped it I loved the bold look it conveyed. It's my favorite accidental self portrait now. :)
Straight off the camera... and if I'm being honest, I think the colors in real life are even more vibrant than how the turned out here. Through the tangle of everything else in my backyard, these guys have not only survived, but have begun staking out new territory a few feet further away from the trellis my mom put up for them.
