Well, yes... these things happen, you know, when your lovely "pita zeljanica" aka spinach'n cottage cheese pie/quiche/tart turns out just as it should not, which is any regular amateur chef's worst nightmare, and then the only thing you can do is sit and cry... and... "shoot" it ! :)

PS: And, naturaly, blame the oven, puff pastry, ozone holes, and radioactive fallouts ..., but for dear life don't let anyone think there is the least chance it might have been you! :)))

This wild Phlox was fairly prevalent on our trip to Arkansas while shooting waterfalls. I got serval single blossoms but missed shooting some large areas for a different approach - the bokeh in this shows that purple in the backdrop.

Sometimes sunlight and water is not the only things plant life receives :)

C'est l'heure de défaire le sapin, le moment où tu râles à cause des épines qui s'étalent partout et que tu te dis "bon maintenant les enfants sont grands donc c'est le dernier sapin !" .... jusqu'à l'année prochaine ;-)

The ice cystrals on the twig caught my eye... the bokeh just happened!

I don't like the composition of this shot, but I can't resist uploading this image as the light and bokeh here are gorgeous. Especially the hair of the right flower is shining in the light and it is absolutely gorgeous (anyway to me).
