I took this one for yesterday but I just process it so, here it is today. I was kind angry with some things that were happening, I am kind introvert so I usually angry and I don´t say anything because I know my words can be very offensive when I am feeling that way.
I guess I have to start to deal with stress because my stomach is hurting some on these days.
Tomé esta foto ayer, pero apenas hoy pude editarla y pues aqui está. Ayer estaba un poco molesta por algunas cosas que estaban sucediendo pero usualmente cuando me siento asi y dado a que soy introvertida normalmente me cierro más y no hablo, en parte es porque sé cuan ofensiva pueden ser mis palabras y sé que no hay nada más poderoso que ellas asi que, a veces es bueno callarse pero a veces no lo es.
Finalmente creo que debo aprender a manejar mejor mi estres ya que mi gastritis esta empeorando en estos dias por ahi esta regresando el dolor y es un fastidio.

I covered the Spring Showcase for the local Fred Astaire Dance Studio last night. This is the husband and wife that own the studio and they are also Professional Ballroom dancers and Scottish National Champions.
Very difficult shooting conditions ~ just 2 spotlights for the lighting. I shot with the 24-70 2.8L at ISO 1000, 2.8 @ 1/160. I shot over 2000 photos in about an hour. It's amazing how fast they move . . . much faster than what it looks like on TV. I shot the whole thing in high speed mode.
