Playing with textures and light.
I wanted to make it look like vintage work,...and I think I might have
achieved it.
I quite like this and I think I will print it to see how it turns out.

Staying with both the water theme and 1976 - August in this case - another slide restoration. At least the canal has water which I suspect was somewhat lower a couple of months earlier.
Happy Mobile Bench Monday ... saw this neat painted boat coming down the river in the sunset light. Looks like they were having a good time there on their floating mobile bench.
Was half hoping for a sunset but alas it just chucked it down with rain. Had to shield the camera from the rain with my open winter jacket. There wasn't too much detail in the sky - looked like pea soup, as we say in English - but was able to get a little detail out of it thanks to the dehaze slider in Lightroom.
I'll be back to this place (mainly for the lighthouse that was just behind me) in the near distant future!
Also, I don't think that middle pillar at the front is helping too much in supporting the boat house....
