The big man made himself quite at home in our Santa Monica studio where he was put on the green screen for a secret production even we don’t know about. It just so happened that his timing coincided with the Lakers/Celtics game 7. It was anybody’s guess how he would react to the outcome.
Resting comfortably in the privacy of his green room, Shaq quietly watched the remainder of the game depriving the crew of his true feelings. With the final buzzer and the Lakers victory, Shaq emerged and through his Cheshire cat smile he proudly proclaimed his approval of the outcome. Deep inside, the big man still bleeds purple and gold.
As long as Shaq continues to maintain a soft spot in his heart for our hometown Lakers, he will always be welcomed here at Loyal. Because, we aren’t called Loyal for nothing.

Tarut Castle Ruins
Al Qatif, Sihat
Saudi Arabia
Tarut castle is the most famous castle in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia and the oldest in the Persian Gulf. It is located in the center of Tarut Island at the edge of Derah quarter. The castle was built in the period from 1515 to 1521. So far it is unknown who built it, although some archeologists suggest that it was built by the residents of Qatif and Tarot to protect them from Portuguese attacks, while some researchers indicate that the castle was built by the Portuguese to protect themselves from Turkish attacks, but they were forced to hand it over in 1559 and they withdrew from the Tarut island of to Awal Island, (now Bahrain).
The castle is consisting of 4 towers. Its courtyard is a rectangle with a central deep well, which is believed to be used to store provisions during the times of blockage.

Citroen got it from bluechips:
www.bluechips.eu/index.asp?pag=bluelock&lingua=eng
their number on the box: SP3-21PSA01
Citroen sells it for the AX, ZX, XM.
as written on the box, it works for:
Citroen Evasion>'97, Saxo >'97, Berlingo, Jumpy Multispace.
Peugeot 806, Expert Combi, Ranch.
AND: it also works for the later Citroen CX series 2, when it has a Kiekert relay as in the picture. Plug and play ! just remove the Kiekert, and plug this one in. (note pin numbers).
Early series 2 may have an older Kiekert relay, with just one flat connector instead of separate pins. won't work with changing the wiring/plug in the car.......

Just say covid and climate a lot in the same discussion and you get the FB busful of nuns censoring you and trigger all the Thunberg lovers.
Provided by OW: Ed (Edward Anthony Richards) started at Wellesley House in 1985, before moving onto Eton College in '92, and then graduating from Newcastle University, with a 2:1 Hons in Geography, in 2001. Driven by his passion for creativity, he then entered the world of advertising, and for the last 14 years has worked for the London branch of international advertising agency, Leo Burnett. He's developed many high profile campaigns for a number of bluechip, multinational brands...including McDonald's, Kellogg's, Heinz, BlackBerry, SABMiller, as well as WWF and the Government. He also lends his time to a number of social projects. From providing communications expertise to an environmental charity in Brazil, helping kids in local schools who've fallen behind with their reading & maths, running Enterprise Days for 'Business In The Community’ , as well working with the industry's trade body (the IPA), mentoring either those working in advertising, or just joining the industry, on the various issues & challenges they may face. Ed is currently inbetween jobs, having just returned from a 3-month sabbatical, where his adventures saw him complete 3 challenges: traversing South America, coast to coast, on a motorbike (exploring Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Bolivia & Peru), gaining his 'Master Scuba Diver' qualification in Indonesia, and finishing with a cycle ride around Cuba. Aside from travelling, diving & cycling, Ed's passions are photography, music & film...and as a dedicated carnivore, he also runs a Meat Club.
Provided by James Burrett (OW): James was at Wellesley between the years of 1990 and 1996, before attending The King's School, Canterbury. His biggest success was rowing in the 1st VIII. He then read Geology at Durham University, again being heavily involved in College Rowing. After University, he went travelling for 6 months in South America before commencing a career in Accountancy in Cambridge, qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in 2008. From a personal perspective he married Lauren (nee Gibson-Green) in 2013 and they have recently bought a house that needs extensive renovation in the Suffolk countryside.

BLUE STAR, originally BLUE CHIP, then, in succession, EVENING STAR and HOBO, was built by instructor Jeff Hammond and the 1996 class to designer Scott Sprague's lines. Originally moored in Washington, she was bought in the spring of 2006 by a sailor from Comox BC and was berthed in Canada from 2006 through the summer of 2013.
This boat was publicized in WoodenBoat magazine, issue 142, in the Launchings column on page 142. www.woodenboat.com
EVENING STAR was built by Master Boatbuilder Jeff Hammond and the class of 1998 with a batten-seam Alaska Yellow cedar hull over apitung frames. Her deck house is western red cedar. She driven by a 34hp Perkins M35 3-cylinder diesel. Jeff extended the deck house and raised it a bit to give the first owner adequate headroom.
As HOBO, she was sailed south in July 2013 and entered into the Repair and Restoration class at the School through the courtesy of her owner, where her decks were renewed, port bulwark replaced as was a portion of the house sill and about ten or fifteen feet of planking. Such work is taught annually at the School, and HOBO was an excellent platform on which to learn these skills. She was sold to the School's executive Director in September.
After repairs were complete, the Director had her painted in her new colors, seen here, by veteran finisher Diane Salguero of Port Townsend. The little boat is currently berthed at the Port Hadlock Marina.
The Northwest School of Wooden Boatbuilding is located in Port Hadlock WA, on the Olympic Peninsula, and is a private, accredited non-profit vocational school.
Our mission is to teach and preserve the fine art of wooden boatbuilding and traditional maritime crafts.
We build both commissioned and speculative boats for sale while teaching students boatbuilding the skills they need to work in the marine trades.
