My newly arrived AVR Butterfly with attached DB9 connector. I think I'll stick with PICs for now, but you sure get a lot for $20 with the Butterfly.

１月２８日 Ｎ３０ ３２ Ｅ１７０ ３１ 天気晴れ 北東の風８ノット進路１００度で機帆走
昨日の夜も弱くデイラン８９．１マイルとなりました。風の割にはのびたかな？という感じです。今朝からも風が弱く機帆走で距離を稼いでます。今朝洋洋麺のだしでどんべえをつくったらデラうまでした。（すいません。話がめちゃくちゃで・・・）
寛平さんも僕がデッキで写真を撮っていたら起きてこられ、
寛平「昨日変な夢見てん！俺がひっきゃん！って声かけると、ひっきゃんが『ゲッツ』『S』って言うねん！ほんで俺、なにしてんんねや〜思いながら『M』っていうと、グゥーていいよんねん。不思議やろ〜」・・・・・・・僕が不思議です。
だいぶ二人とも太平洋で頭にきてます。
幻聴の話を二人でしたとき、
比企「僕は出航してすぐ、どっかでラジオなってるラジオ鳴ってる！って言ってましたよね！」
寛平「俺はテニスの音がパッコーンパッコーン！っていう音、いきなり耳元で嫁はんが「カンペイちゃんおはよう！って言う声、ジュルジュルジュルとひっきゃんがこそっと俺に内緒でスープをすすってる？と思ってみるとデッキで操船してる・・・とか、かな？」
比企「ぼく後、消防車のカンカンカンという金の音聞こえますわ！」
寛平「俺も聞こえるわ・・・！」
比企「・・・・・・・・・・・・・」
ずっと一緒なので頭の中も同化してきたか？
写真は男前シリーズ第２弾 男は黙って日の出でシルエット。寛平さんってわかるシルエットが髪型がおかしくなってどうとっても五木ひろしのシルエットになってしまいました。唯一これが寛平さんとわかるシルエットです。
2008/01/24 Oh this one was fun, a complete layer job. Found this lovely (sarcasm) hair brush in the back of the drawer. It's going right into the garbage now. Watercolour pencils, water colours, liquid arcylic, black pigma micron 08 marker, copic 03 sepia marker.
I'm giving this a try with a lot of trepidation. I really want to find a unique voice before jumping in.
段々畑の山間の道を走っていると、農家とは違う作業をする家を見つけました。
覗いてみると、何やらパラボラアンテナらしき物を作っているのですが、日本で見たことのあるそれとは全く違い、金属製ではないんです。
まずパラボラの本体は直径１．５mほどの大きさで、どうやらコンクリートで作られているようです。
そして電波を集める湾曲した内部には、３cm角位の大きさの鏡が全面に貼り付けられていました。
驚きなのは、１枚のアンテナを作るのに、２〜３人が手作業で行っていたんです。
何から何まで手作り、中国のマンパワー恐るべし!
