"The Monarch" is mod/copy.

________________________________________________

■ Animations:

Every single bone of the SL skeleton is animated so please, DISABLE ankle locks, hand animations, face animations etc etc if you want to get the full experience.

The animations inside "The Monarch" were all created by Darkfold Productions (Ramos Darkfold) using the latest technology giving you the most realistic experience possible.

Custom physics (Aeros Bento Apollo) were created for "The Monarch" to add even more realism.

The natural ball swing and movements of the cock taking adult animations to the next level.

In order to experience these physics you will need a bento Aeros cock which currently only the Apollo cock is.

A lot of time has been spend on making the animations as realistic as possible.

Some of the animations have been created with the latest mocap technology (NANSENSE) keeping in mind the many variations in shapes and mesh bodies in Second Life.

Every animation set has it's own custom made bento face animation, even the Speed Up animations.

The face animations have been kept subtle hoping they will work for as many different mesh heads as possible.

If for what ever reason these bento face animations aren't working for you (or you don't like them), then you can simply turn the face animations off (or back on) using the [ADJUST] menu.

There is a 'Speed Up' option on various animations which can be easily recognized inside the menu by the '+'

________________________________________________

■ Customization:

The customization menu allows you to fully customize "The Monarch" using custom made materials enabled textures.

There are some pre-set 'themes' which allow you to fully re-texture "The Monarch" all at once and of course there

are also individual re-texture options allowing you to fully customize "The Monarch".

________________________________________________

■ "The Monarch" Engine:

The animation engine included in the Limited Edition folder is basically a prim holding "The Monarch" animations.

It has the same menu (except of course the customization menu) and the same animations and can be placed over pretty much any bed.

When it comes to placing the engine: The size of the engine (prim) is the size of your mattress.

It is obviously very unlikely that the engine is the same size as your bed. In this case i would advice to just hop on the engine and move it around till your positioned right on your bed.

If you want to link your bed to "The Monarch" engine: This can be done, and i will explain.

First you remove the animations and scripts from your current bed (just remove all it's content).

Then double check if your engine is positioned right on the bed. Next step is to link your current bed TO the engine. NEVER link the engine to your bed, but always link your bed to the engine (this is because all the scripts that run the engine need to be in the ROOT prim).

Then just edit (don't use the show/hide option in menu) the engine and set it to 100% transparent and your good to go!

________________________________________________

■ Photography Menu:

The photography menu included in the Limited Edition folder has 18 couple poses and 6 threesome static pose sets.

These pose sets are obviously full bento and created from the actual animations inside "The Monarch".

The pose sets were made at the best visual moment (timeline).

On these static pose sets i did not set Aeros or made any face animations so you can give your own twist to the photo(s).

________________________________________________

■ Aeros System (.API):

The Aeros plugin (.API) is installed in the "The Monarch".

The Aeros system has a pre-set cock angle for every animation, this allows the guys using an Aeros Apollo cock

to focus on other things rather then be messing around with a hud on each new selected animation.

If for what ever reason the pre-set cock angles don't work for you, you simply turn this option off inside

the [ADJUST] menu.

For more information about this feature, check: bitbucket.org/aeros-in-sl/aeros-api/wiki/Home

________________________________________________

■ INM / INAM System (.API):

The 'It's Not Mine! Cum system' plugin (.API) is installed in "The Monarch".

This system/action can be triggered by cumming using your genitals HUD.

All the specific bodyparts (to cum on) are pre-set so you won't have to be using a menu at the heat of the moment.

Many genitals (male & female) are supported, for a detailed listing or more info, check: itsnotmine.net/INM/Docs/Its-NOT-Mine-User-Manual.pdf

Not only in the real world, but also in Second Life, organic agriculture is not just a term for us but a motto that we adhere to. With us, all animals have freedom of movement to be able to meet their need for movement unhindered. Regardless of whether it is the cattle that can go back and forth between the barn and the pasture as they like, or the chickens that also have free space. The cows can graze in the pasture at any time and only get the best additional feed that was produced according to the strictest requirements for organic farming.

As some may have noticed, sustainability is very important to us, also here in Second Life. That is why we reforest wherever we take wood. In this way we can ensure that if one day our children take over the regions, they will also find healthy and naturally grown forests. This was made possible thanks to a script that our good friend Papperle Papp wrote exclusively for us. So the fir trees that we bought from Botanical grow at a natural pace year after year and will one day have grown into a healthy forest.

Once again the ice saint Pankratius lived up to his name and came to the Zwieselalm with frost and snow. Let's hope that Sophie means better to us and stays dry this year, otherwise it means 40 days of rainy weather.

We are pleased to announce that the realistic replica of the Gosau municipal office has now been completed. The entire renovation and realistic design of the Gosau Dachstein West region has now been successfully completed. We thank everyone who helped implement this project in 1 3/4 years. Special thanks to Anna (Acc .: Annabell Brandenburg) and Peter (Acc .: Petra Ireto) who did the main work in this project and who designed and built the buildings according to the real model. Thanks also to Tiberius Haifisch for the Avanti petrol station and the stable on the Müllerhof, as well as to Firefighter Frimon from the company F-Guard for the emergency center in Gosau and to all the countless companies we bought from to make Gosau what it is now is.

In mid-June, it is finally time to drive the cows to the alpine pasture, so that they can eat fresh high alpine grass over the summer months and so can give the alpine milk, which is so popular with everyone. Until September 12, the cows now stay on the high pasture and enjoy the beautiful summer months on the alpine pasture. Please note, however, that cows are not cuddly toys and please keep your distance from them. Dogs should also be kept on a leash. This is the only way that humans and animals can easily get through the alpine season.

The time has come again to cut the grass to get hay for the winter. The weather is good, and thanks to the HMC agricultural technology that has proven itself over the years, we can start cutting grass. So our cattle always have the best hay, even in winter, to give us the best milk for it.

Late summer has started and the weather is slowly becoming more autumnal. The temperatures are slowly falling and it is getting rainy more and more often. For us in the mountains this is an unmistakable sign that autumn is approaching. Now it's time to use the last nice days to bring in the last hay and maintain the equipment. On the alpine pasture, it is now time to transport the last summer items down into the valley so that we can drive the cows down into the valley on September 12th and celebrate this at the traditional cattle drive festival.

After about 3 months of construction, the time has come and the new farmhouse of the Mueller family, based on the real model, has been completed. We would like to thank our builders Peter and Anna most sincerely for this first-class building in which we will now feel just as comfortable as in our real one.

Now the time has finally come and we are starting the last renovation phase in the Gosau region. It is planned that in the next 4 weeks both the municipal office and the police inspection will be demolished and exchanged for realistic buildings. Unfortunately, it is necessary to block the sidewalk for pedestrian traffic between the police inspection and the Sprtstadl and to divert it to the opposite side of the street. We ask you to observe the blocking measures, as this enables us to work quickly and effectively.

A new motherboard for the 30 year old Tandy TRS-80 based on a Teensy++. The old one had died, but the LCD and keyboard were still perfectly functional. I've built a new interface board that can drive the ten HD44102CH bitmap display drivers with both line drawing and a 5x7 font, and scan the matrix keyboard. Currently it shows up as a "vt100-like" USB serial device, but could function much like the original Model 100 with its own file editor and programming language.

Shell is generally the way to go, but for humans who need a holding hand, these web apps and GUI apps should help jump start the process.

1. Github is the leading platform for git repo’s. Public repo hosting is free. Private repo hosting costs $. Many open source projects host on GitHub. Great community. Recommended for public repo hosting. github.com

2. BitBucket is a clone of github. One can argue whether it is in fact unethical that they do that. But BitBucket supports free private hosting so SML uses it also. In recent years BitBucket has been gaining traction in the Python community. Most notably the flask framework is hosted on BitBucket and not Github. Recommended for free private repo hosting. bitbucket.org

3. SourceTree is a free GUI client for git repo browsing and tracking. It is arguably the best free app available on the OSX. Its UI can use a work over, but again you can’t beat its price. Recommended for free GUI repo browsing. www.sourcetreeapp.com/

4. Kaleidoscope is not really a git-specific app, but it is a pretty GUI client for diff’ing. Recently updated, the new version now supports 3-way-diff, image diff, folder digg and other enhancement. Recommended for casual as well as serious users. kaleidoscopeapp.com

The Wiimote uses I2C to communicate with the extensions. Here is the pin-out of the connector so that you can connect to an Arduino or a Netduino.

Connect VCC (red) to 3.3V, GND (black) to ground, SDA (green) to analog 4 and SCL (yellow) to analog 5. You can ignore DEVICE DETECT (white).

To connect, you can stick in wires (like I did on other pictures) or use a simple adapter like this one todbot.com/blog/2008/02/18/wiichuck-wii-nunchuck-adapter-...

There should be 2.2K pullup resistors for both SDA and SCL.

You can use HydraMF, my open-source library for .NET MF. Binaries are available on Nuget (nuget.org/packages?q=hydramf) and source code on Bitbucket(bitbucket.org/aalmada/hydramf/).

Today we have a pair of sites focusing on games to solve genetic and

genomic analysis problems with blended crowdsourcing gaming approaches.

Phylo:

phylo.cs.mcgill.ca/

Phylo is a project from McGill University with some pretty heavy duty

science behind it.

In their words:

"The comparison of the genomes from various species is one of the most

fundamental and powerful technique in molecular Biology. It helps us to

decipher our DNA and identify new genes. Though it may appear to be just a

game, Phylo is actually a framework for harnessing the computing power of

mankind to solve the Multiple Sequence Alignment problem."

Phylo is delightfully open source, with a Github site that not only shares

the code but also the data, analysis, and also solicits language

translators to bring the project to an international audience. Depite being

originally released in 2010 it is still a very active project with ongoing

support and recent updates to the code.

Gene Games:

genegames.org/games

Gene Games is from Andrew Su's lab at Scripps Research Institute, with an

active team. Most recent presentations, blogposts and visible contributions

have come from Benjamin Good, so keep an eye out in the future for his

contributions.

Gene Games is not just one game, but right now four, and who knows what

will happen in the future. These seem to more educationally focused for the

most part, but not entirely.

GeneESP:

sulab.scripps.edu/GenESP/fluid.htm

"You and your partner see the same disease; each of you must guess what

genes your partner is typing."

I'm guessing this one is less of a citizen science or crowdsourcing game

and more entertainment for the geeks on their team. I suspect not very many

people would have the requisite genetic background to see a disease and be

able to start typing the genes involved.

Dizeez:

sulab.scripps.edu/dizeez/

"The Rules:

You are shown one gene name

You are also shown five diseases

Pick the disease that is linked to the gene to get points

Get as many points as you can in one minute"

Again, more on the educational side, but assuming a fair amount of

knowledge. I could see this being useful in teaching college level

students, possibly even as an end of term assessment exercise.

The CURE (Play Games, Defeat Cancer):

genegames.org/cure/

This seems to be the main game, using crowdsourcing to deduce science rules

within the data. Each "Mission" seems to be devoted to specific questions

and challenges. The current one (Round 3) is devoted to predicting breast

cancer prognosis, a very worthy goal!

In their words:

"The Cure is a serious, biology-based card game. Assemble the best hands

and you can win - just like poker. The challenge with The Cure is that we

don't know the rules yet! Until you play, we can't tell you if you have the

equivalent of a royal flush or a pair of 2s. By playing the game, you will

be both teaching and learning the rules of nature."

This is also an open source project, with code hosted on Bit Bucket.

Last but not least, Mobianga!

Mobianga:

genegames.org/games/mobianga/index.html

Mobianga is a fascinating game developed by 17-year-old Nishant Mandapaty

to test gene-disease annotation.

"In Mobianga! you are presented with a series of genes and asked to find

diseases that they are associated with. You score points based on the

quantity and quality of the associations you suggest."

Now, aside from the fascinating story behind the development of the

project, part of what excites me about this game is that it is so

accessible to medical librarians and people with almost any kind of

healthcare background.

"If you know anything about genes and their relationship to disease or are

capable of using resources like OMIM, PubMed, and Google find such

information he needs you to play a few games! "

Hey! That's me! I can do that. And pretty much most of the people I work

with. This could be an awesome office party some day, or maybe a special

episode of the #medlibs Twitter chat, or a party at the annual MLA meeting

... Evidently, they already thought of getting conference attendees to

compete since they were offering prizes to people playing the game at the

recent American Society of Human Genetics annual meeting.

Gene-disease annotation with Mobianga

Gene-disease annotation with Mobianga

sulab.org/2012/11/gene-disease-annotation-with-mobianga/

The PROMDate requires only a Teensy++ 2.0, a ZIF socket and four short wires to build a very flexible device for reading five volt ROM, EPROM and EEPROMs in DIP packages up to 40 pins. Any combination of address and data widths are supported, as well as constant high and low pins for various output enable, chip select, etc lines. Unlike earlier versions, no bread board wiring or jumpers are required since all pins are mapped in software to allow on-the-fly changes between different chip families.

The 35-bit tags weren't reading consistently, so I added a capacitor to help keep them running during the FSK cycles. The code now has proper headers and manufacturer codes for the longer tags: bitbucket.org/hudson/rfid/commits/1636e2adcbc5ef663dc7ae3...

PROMdate now supports reading not just PROMs, but AVR chips via ISP as well (as documented in app note AVR109). After further tests, the Mega8 doesn't require the additional power connection in read-only serial programming mode.

The first chip tested was a random one from NYC Resistor and turned out to contain code written by a friend.
