This news item caught my attention today. Even though I had not (and would not) see the movies Sky Sharks or Sharknado, the movie references came to mind immediately.
"Nikon unveils sharkskin-inspired riblet technology for aviation and power" ( lnkd.in/ebTXK9qW ). It basically is a biomimetic technology which mimics the amazing surface structure of shark skin. Nikon’s proprietary laser processing creates riblets which are artificial microstructures which resemble the fine scales on a shark’s skin. The materials have many applications from aviation to power generation.

My city has been called Canada’s first “real world 5G smart city,” which “will serve as a blueprint for the development of made-in-Canada 5G smart city technology.” “The United for Smart Sustainable Cities (U4SSC) initiative is a global UN collaboration,” which “serves as an international platform for exchanging knowledge and fostering partnerships to empower cities and communities in achieving the UN Sustainable Development Goals.”

A massive earthquake: a physical earthquake; figuratively speaking: a political and moral earthquake—the earth is being agitated; great changes in heaven and on earth.
The sun clothed in black: sadness and morning; spiritual darkness.
Moon turned blood red: smoke and destruction.
Stars (rulers) fell from the sky: a celestial event (meteors and/or asteroids) that cause people to hide underground (Rev. 6:15); rulers in heaven fall, and rulers on earth fall; they are being overthrown. This is also pointing ahead to when Satan and his minions are thrown down to the earth in Revelation 12:9.
The sky receded like a scroll: symbolism of the celestial event; great upheaval in heaven.
Like unripe figs dropping from a tree shaken by a great wind: referring to the celestial event; symbolic of the battle against the spiritual powers (rulers) of darkness in the heavens. The powers of darkness in heaven are violently shaken. They are losing their war in heaven.
Every mountain and island was moved: the land is physically changed from the great earthquake; it is also symbolic of great spiritual, moral, and political upheaval—the whole spiritual, moral, and political landscape on earth is greatly altered (devastated; darkened; unrecognizable). Spiritually speaking, the earth is about to become a very dark place. It will be a dark chapter in history.

My company rewards its employees who take charge of their health by taking healthy measures. I have never taken a biometric test and passed every one of the measures- I always failed my BMI, and have been on the border with my cholesterol, blood pressure, and glucose. This year I really wanted to knock it out of the park.
My initial bloodwork showed little to no change, but thankfully my biometric bloodwork showed different results- more of what I expected, and for the first time since 2008 I met every one of my biometrics! I didn’t meet the recommended BMI, but because I showed a 5+ point improvement I passed. And I might actually meet the target for BMI by next year!!
What a relief!

Soryu: Well, this is running our fishing line along the slipstream and then dipping back in, so it's not going to be exact. What we usually end up with is a time/place where he was recently present and the lure can pull someone out of that time/place that had strong interaction with him. At least, a bio-entity. It may not be helpful, like a dog that bit him, or it may even be dangerous, like a creature he fought. So we should be ready.

PHYSICAL DESCRPTION:
Black-winged Stilt (Pied Stilt)
is a black and white shorebird, perched on very long and fine pink legs, giving the bird an elegant gait.
The adult male in breeding plumage has black and white plumage with all-black wings and upper back with greenish iridescence.
Underparts are white, sometimes with pale pinkish wash on the breast.
Head shows white face and forehead, and black top of the crown. Eyes are red. The long, thin bill is black and straight. Very long legs and feet are reddish-pink.
The female in breeding plumage is almost similar but more brownish on the upperparts with sometimes greyish wash on nape and rear neck.
In winter plumage, both are similar to the breeding female but duller, with variable grey wash on head and rear neck.
The juvenile is paler than adult, with washed grey-brown crown and rear neck. The brownish upperparts show narrow pale buff fringes, and legs are duller.
VOICE:
The Black-winged Stilt’s calls are a sharp “kek” and a barking “ke-yak”. Alarm call is a monotonous, high-pitched “kik-kik-kik-kik-kik-kik”.
They are noisy on their breeding areas.
HABITAT:
The Black-winged Stilt lives mainly in freshwater and saltwater marshes and mudflats, shallow lakes, coastal lagoons, flooded fields and rice fields.
RANGE:
The Black-winged Stilt has wide range. We can find it in Australia, Central and South America, Africa, Asia, parts of North America, Eurasia, Hawaii and Philippines.
BEHAVIOUR:
The Black-winged Stilt feeds in shallow water, wading and catching preys on or near the surface. But sometimes, it plunges the head under the surface to capture some aquatic invertebrate. It picks up its food from sand or water.
Its very long legs allow it to walk in deeper water than other waders. This bird rarely swims for food. The Black-winged Stilt is an active forager, and it can employ several methods to catch prey.
This species is well adapted to nocturnal vision, which allows them to feed on windy, moonless nights. Stilts walk quickly, with long strides, wading into water.
The Black-winged Stilt is a migratory bird, moving to the ocean coasts in winter. European birds winter in sub-Saharan Africa. They are often seen in flocks of 10 to 20 birds, and also in mixed flocks with other species of shorebirds.
The Black-winged Stilt nests in small colonies of 2 to 50 pairs, and mated pairs defend vigorously their nest site and territory. They may nest in mixed groups with avocets.
They are gregarious and may feed in large flocks of several thousands birds. When alarmed, the birds often bob their head.
FLIGHT:
The Black-winged Stilt has rapid direct flight, with steady wing-beats. Legs are projected behind the tail of up to 20 cm, and neck is slightly held.

The german company Keagan & Beckett bought the rights to the M45, the scientist got 20 Million bucks and was killed later by Kyshira Arms Employes, because he selled the M45 to the wrong company. The mysterious machine founded a company, who was building mp3 Players and expensive Smartphones and get richer than the dead scientist.

Club ARGENT wasn’t technically open at this hour, but that never mattered. The door recognized Tamsin’s biometrics, Marin’s gait signature, and, more importantly, their mutual “Cy is expecting trouble” energy.
The vestibule lights shifted from idle amber to an electric violet swirl.
That was the first warning.
The second was the bass pulse that kicked on from nowhere, like the club itself had leaned over to whisper, “Brace yourselves.”
Cydonia Wren descended the main staircase in a slow-motion glide that absolutely defied physics and entirely matched her sense of personal theatre. Her lavender hair fell in perfect, impossible waves; her violet optics adjusted to them with unnerving precision.
“You two,” she said, stopping halfway down, hands on hips in a posture that suggested she’d already invented sixteen conclusions. “You’re either here to confess a crime, request a blessing, or ask for money.”
Marin swallowed. Tamsin elbowed her. Neither spoke.
Cydonia narrowed her eyes, sharp as a blade made of starlight and judgment.
“…You’re not pregnant, are you?”
“CY!” Tamsin sputtered. “What, no, why would…”
“Darling, you have exactly the posture of someone about to tell me something that will either warm my heart or ruin my week. I like to prepare.”
Marin stepped forward, steady as ever.
“We’re handfasting,” she said calmly. “At Solstice.”
Silence.
Then Cydonia’s entire face ignited. Pure joy, pure chaos, pure Cy. She gasped, one hand to her chest, the other flung behind her like she was summoning unseen backup singers.
“Oh. Oh my beloved little disasters. You’re binding threads? With each other? Publicly? In front of people we both like and tolerate?”
Tamsin muttered, “…yes?”
Cydonia hit the bottom step in four impossible strides, seized both of them by the forearms, and vibrated with excitement like a reactor slipping its containment.
“You poor, naive creatures. You didn’t come here to announce a life milestone. You came here to deliver unto me…”
She practically purred.
“…the opportunity of a lifetime.”
Marin blinked. “Cy, we’re just telling…”
“No.” Cydonia lifted a finger, silencing the universe itself. “You are getting handfasted at Solstice. Therefore, obviously, the ceremony will be held at ARGENT.”
Tamsin made a small strangled sound. “We… never said…”
“You didn’t need to,” Cydonia said briskly. “I’m an empathic professional. I can sense a major life event begging for my involvement from six districts away.”
“We weren’t…” Marin tried.
“It’s adorable you think you have input.”
Cydonia clasped their intertwined hands, lifted them overhead like victorious gladiators, and announced to the empty club:
“THESE TWO ARE TYING THREADS AND THE SOLSTICE BELONGS TO THEM!”
Lights flared overhead. Tamsin was 78% sure ARGENT was sentient.
Marin leaned close. “We’re not in control anymore.”
Tamsin whispered back. “We never were.”
Cydonia was already marching toward the main stage, issuing commands to invisible staff, possibly rewriting the fire codes in real time.
“Come along, my beloved chaos sprites! We have one month to build an event that obeys no natural laws and several social ones!”
Marin sighed. Tamsin laughed helplessly.
And just like that, the Solstice handfasting was no longer an announcement.
It was a takeover.

Went for my biometric tests and results today. My weight came down, my blood pressure was up up just a little bit (though still in range), and my BMI came down 2 points. I have to wait on glucose and cholesterol results, but fingers crossed for great results!

Everyone will have a digital ID. Everyone will be controlled by a social credit score system. CBDCs: digital currencies, digital thin air. Everyone will receive a free welfare check. Everyone will be a global citizen of the new world order. Hey, we’re already halfway there! All hail the United Nations! All hail Caesar!
The Book of Daniel prophesied the rise and fall of previous world empires, and those prophecies came true. They rose, they fell. The Book of Daniel also prophesies about a future empire (Beast). This empire will be ruled by a Beast called the Antichrist (666). Shocker: the kingdom of the Beast will be ruled by a Beast. The Book of Revelation prophesies that no one will be able to buy or sell without the Mark of the Beast. Microchip biometric tattoo anyone!?! Take the Mark, be reborn (recreated) in the Image of the Beast, and become a trans-human (666).
While cleaning out my bookmarks, I found a dozen articles from the United Nations. I threw them together, and 98% of what’s written below is quoted verbatim. Sustainable development: building the foundation of the new world order one piece at a time. If you care to take a glimpse, if you dare:
By 2030 a new kind of capitalism (stakeholder capitalism/neo-fascism) will take root. A new economy will be established that will address the needs of all stakeholders (banks, corporations, billionaires, and governments). This new breed of new capitalism will be enabled thanks to a new way of assessing the performance of companies based on a valuation of their overall impact (social credit score system). Indeed, this new way of assessing business performance will be based on standardized, comprehensive and simple impact-valuation metrics. These enhance the usual financial statements with other dimensions like society, human rights and the environment, leading to a ‘total impact’ rating that is used by management and investors alike. ‘Total impact’ is a simple way of assessing how much a sector or a business contributes to social coherence, citizens’ wellbeing, environmental protection and the UN Sustainable Development Goals. Impact valuation expresses what matters in monetary terms, allowing the full range of stakeholders to agree what ‘good’ looks like—in the economy and in society. Governments, stock markets and businesses will fully embrace the new order that has given rise to a thriving new type of public-private partnership (neo-fascism). We will transition to a more eco-friendly economic system that requires collective action by multiple stakeholders across borders.
The new model of circular (dialectic [problem, reaction, solution] uroboros) economy is meant to allow the planet to breathe, while leaving no one behind. A Circular Economy (CE) is an economic model that focuses on the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. By decoupling economic growth from resource use, setting global standards in product sustainability, keeping resource use within planetary boundaries and promoting the re-use of materials, a circular economy may be the only sustainable economic model for the future. The global financial sector plays a pivotal role in scaling up finance for pollution-free and circular solutions, by funding innovative businesses that prioritize circular design, resource efficiency and waste reduction. Financial institutions can also leverage their influence to drive policy changes and industry standards that favour circularity. It is evident that ‘business as usual’ will not help us to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Systems-based approaches along with a strong commitment to deep rooted transformations and actions are vital to the reduction of humanity’s footprint in our planet. Our resources are finite and the principles and practices of the circular economy will be catalytic in creating goods, processes and ecosystems that are restorative and regenerative by design. An Inclusive Green Economy (IGE) is a pathway towards achieving the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. In its simplest expression, such an economy is low carbon, efficient and clean in production, but also inclusive in consumption and outcomes, based on sharing, circularity, collaboration, solidarity, resilience, opportunity, and interdependence. With more and more governments exploring the potential of CBDCs, there is a greater need to engage with various aspects of this emerging topic, including design, especially given its potential to foster financial inclusion. The importance of legal identity is an integral part of Agenda 2030 and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). SDG Target 16.9, which aims to ‘provide legal identity for all, including birth registration,’ underscores the widespread significance of civil registration in societies globally. Acknowledging the developing potential and significance of digital legal ID, the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) has taken the initiative to draft a model governance framework. This blueprint is designed to aid the swift establishment of digital legal ID systems globally. At its core, this framework is intended to outline a normative model of the laws, policies and institutional arrangements that can help ensure the governance of digital legal ID systems is inclusive. It is informed by UNDP’s governance and digital strategies, which emphasize a rights-based and whole-of-society approach. The framework, for instance, recognizes the importance of civil society’s role in accountability, recourse and oversight. It also builds on long-standing experience and lessons from within the UN System on legal identity and the whole legal identity management ecosystem, which is based on civil registration. It is a critical enabler of digital transformation and is helping to accelerate the Sustainable Development Goals. Governments, donors, the private sector and civil society alike have an opportunity to shape it. This campaign is in collaboration with the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Centre for Digital Public Infrastructure, Co-Develop, the Digital Public Goods Alliance, and the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) and is supported by GovStack, the Inter-American Development Bank, and UNICEF. This ambitious campaign heralds a new chapter in the global momentum around digital public infrastructure (DPI)—an underlying network of components such as digital payments, ID, and data exchange systems, which is a critical accelerator of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
Following the G20 Leaders Declaration in 2023, Digital Public Infrastructure is a key breakthrough that gives the momentum needed to change course and achieve the Sustainable Development Goals by 2030, across all 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Accelerating progress toward the SDGs requires inclusive digital transformation. Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI) can maximize the opportunities for digitalization to support the SDGs and reduce the risks that digital technologies may bring. DPI is safe, accessible, affordable, green, financed, and future ready. In partnership with the UN Secretary-General’s Envoy on Technology and under the leadership of the UN Secretary-General, the Universal Safeguards initiative which also includes the 2030 Safeguards Action Hub will be launched at the 78th UNGA, leading into the Summit of the Future in 2024 and beyond. This campaign seeks to strengthen DPI partnerships (public-private partnerships) with the private sector and community-based organizations across 100 countries to integrate intermediaries into local digital ecosystems and facilitate greater scale services for inclusion, especially for women, as well as strengthen efforts to ensure universal digital connectivity.
The digital divide is further exacerbating these challenges—for example, 2.6 billion people, or around one-third of the world’s population, still lack internet access. But this is not just about access. The ‘usage gap’, the population living within the footprint of mobile internet coverage but not using this potentially game-changing connectivity, is now eight times larger than the total number of those without coverage. Limited digital skills, unaffordable data and devices, concerns of safety and security, and a lack of relevant content and services hinder people from participating in our increasingly digital societies and economies.
A new social contract needs to emerge that rebalances deep inequalities that are prevalent across societies. We must implement (universal socialism) Universal Basic Income (UBI). The alternative to not having UBI is the rising likelihood of social unrest, conflict, unmanageable mass migration, and the proliferation of extremist groups that capitalize and ferment on social disappointment. It is against this background that we seriously need to consider implementing a well-designed UBI, so shocks may hit, but they won’t destroy. Moving to such a system would need to ensure that the incentives to have a job remain intact. That is relatively simple to do: A UBI should be sufficient, to sustain a person at a modest minimum, leaving sufficient incentives to work, save, and invest. Lest the naysayers think this is a theory from the left, the idea of tax competition has been touched upon, for years on end, by the Organization of Economic Co-operation and Development.
Today, more people than ever live in a country other than the one in which they were born. For statistical purposes, the United Nations defines an international migrant as any person who has changed his or her country of residence. This includes all migrants, regardless of their legal status, or the nature, or motive of their movement. The 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development recognizes the positive contribution of migrants to inclusive growth and sustainable development. The Agenda’s core principle is to ‘leave no one behind,’ which includes migrants. Many of the Agenda’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) contain targets and indicators which are relevant to migrants or migration. SDG target 10.7 calls on countries to ‘facilitate orderly, safe, regular and responsible migration and mobility of people, including through the implementation of planned and well-managed migration policies.’ Under the United Nations Charter and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, refugees and migrants have the same universal human rights and fundamental freedoms. It acknowledges the positive contribution of migrants to sustainable and inclusive development, and commits to protecting the safety, dignity and human rights and fundamental freedoms of all migrants, regardless of their migratory status.
Global citizenship is the umbrella term for social, political, environmental, and economic actions of globally minded individuals and communities on a worldwide scale. The term can refer to the belief that individuals are members of multiple, diverse, local and non-local networks rather than single actors affecting isolated societies. Promoting global citizenship in sustainable development will allow individuals to embrace their social(ist) responsibility to act for the benefit of all societies (collectivism), not just their own. The concept of global citizenship is embedded in the Sustainable Development Goals though SDG 4: Insuring Inclusive and Quality Education for All and Promote Life Long Learning, which includes global citizenship as one of its targets. By 2030, the international community has agreed to ensure that all learners acquire the knowledge and skills needed to promote sustainable development, including global citizenship. Universities have a responsibility to promote global citizenship by teaching their students that they are members of a large global community and can use their skills and education to contribute to that community.

The United Nations has been scanning the fingerprints, faces, and irises of refugees. Their data is then stored in a biometric ID card system. Other types of biometrics are being tested on disabled people; such as voice samples and gait recognition to help authenticate mobile money transfers. “Iris scanning has proven especially popular. Such data collected from the almost 40,000 refugees housed at the UNHCR’s camp at Azraq in northern Jordan is used not only to collate the number of individuals at the facility, but also to facilitate cardless payments at ATMs outside the facility using the agency’s EyePay service.” “However, Die Zeit reported in 2017 that the WFP (World Food Program) was analyzing purchase data from EyePay to check if refugees had a balanced diet.” Indeed, they better spend their money on what we deem best!
We will soon have a Chinese communist-style social credit score system of biometrics and surveillance, which will track the activities of each person. These measures can include cuts to social programs, public services, and infrastructure development. Health and education spending are usually cut drastically. More and more people are changing; they are being replaced by something alien. On the outside they look the same, yet on the inside they are not. They have been taken over by an alien entity (cult) called wokeism. While on death’s door at the hospital, I came home to some great news. One of my goals for this past year was to hit all of my biometric targets except my BMI- I knew I’d never be able to drop THAT much weight in a year. The results came in and I met my goal! It may sound simple, but it was another way to look at getting healthy instead of just focusing on a weight goal number.
Sunday was the absolute worst I think I have ever been sick in the last couple decades… literally. I am starting to feel better now that I am on Tamiflu, but this four-week sickness can go straight to hell!

The demoiselle crane (Grus virgo) is a species of crane found in central Eurosiberia, ranging from the Black Sea to Mongolia and North Eastern China. There is also a small breeding population in Turkey. These cranes are migratory birds. Birds from western Eurasia will spend the winter in Africa whilst the birds from Asia, Mongolia and China will spend the winter in the Indian subcontinent. The bird is symbolically significant in the Culture of India and Pakistan, where it is known as Koonj
The demoiselle is 85–100 cm (33.5–39.5 in) long, 76 cm (30 in) tall and has a 155–180 cm (61–71 in) wingspan. It weighs 2–3 kg (4.4–6.6 lb). It is the smallest species of crane.
The demoiselle crane is slightly smaller than the common crane but has similar plumage. It has a long white neck stripe and the black on the foreneck extends down over the chest in a plume.
It has a loud trumpeting call, higher-pitched than the common crane. Like other cranes it has a dancing display, more balletic than the common crane, with less leaping.
Demoiselle cranes have to take one of the toughest migrations in the world. In late August through September, they gather in flocks of up to 400 individuals and prepare for their flight to their winter range. During their migratory flight south, demoiselles fly like all cranes, with their head and neck straight forward and their feet and legs straight behind, reaching altitudes of 16,000–26,000 feet (4,900–7,900 metres). Along their arduous journey they have to cross the Himalayan mountains to get to their over-wintering grounds in India. Many die from fatigue, hunger and predation from golden eagles. Simpler, lower routes are possible, such as crossing the range via the Khyber Pass. However, their presently preferred route has been hard-wired by countless cycles of migration. At their wintering grounds, demoiselles have been observed flocking with common cranes, their combined totals reaching up to 20,000 individuals. Demoiselles maintain separate social groups within the larger flock. In March and April, they begin their long spring journey back to their northern nesting grounds.

PHYSICAL DESCRPTION:
Black-winged Stilt (Pied Stilt)
is a black and white shorebird, perched on very long and fine pink legs, giving the bird an elegant gait.
The adult male in breeding plumage has black and white plumage with all-black wings and upper back with greenish iridescence.
Underparts are white, sometimes with pale pinkish wash on the breast.
Head shows white face and forehead, and black top of the crown. Eyes are red. The long, thin bill is black and straight. Very long legs and feet are reddish-pink.
The female in breeding plumage is almost similar but more brownish on the upperparts with sometimes greyish wash on nape and rear neck.
In winter plumage, both are similar to the breeding female but duller, with variable grey wash on head and rear neck.
The juvenile is paler than adult, with washed grey-brown crown and rear neck. The brownish upperparts show narrow pale buff fringes, and legs are duller.
VOICE:
The Black-winged Stilt’s calls are a sharp “kek” and a barking “ke-yak”. Alarm call is a monotonous, high-pitched “kik-kik-kik-kik-kik-kik”.
They are noisy on their breeding areas.
HABITAT:
The Black-winged Stilt lives mainly in freshwater and saltwater marshes and mudflats, shallow lakes, coastal lagoons, flooded fields and rice fields.
RANGE:
The Black-winged Stilt has wide range. We can find it in Australia, Central and South America, Africa, Asia, parts of North America, Eurasia, Hawaii and Philippines.
BEHAVIOUR:
The Black-winged Stilt feeds in shallow water, wading and catching preys on or near the surface. But sometimes, it plunges the head under the surface to capture some aquatic invertebrate. It picks up its food from sand or water.
Its very long legs allow it to walk in deeper water than other waders. This bird rarely swims for food. The Black-winged Stilt is an active forager, and it can employ several methods to catch prey.
This species is well adapted to nocturnal vision, which allows them to feed on windy, moonless nights. Stilts walk quickly, with long strides, wading into water.
The Black-winged Stilt is a migratory bird, moving to the ocean coasts in winter. European birds winter in sub-Saharan Africa. They are often seen in flocks of 10 to 20 birds, and also in mixed flocks with other species of shorebirds.
The Black-winged Stilt nests in small colonies of 2 to 50 pairs, and mated pairs defend vigorously their nest site and territory. They may nest in mixed groups with avocets.
They are gregarious and may feed in large flocks of several thousands birds. When alarmed, the birds often bob their head.
FLIGHT:
The Black-winged Stilt has rapid direct flight, with steady wing-beats. Legs are projected behind the tail of up to 20 cm, and neck is slightly held.
