Many of the children who go to school do not even have the means to have three meals a day.
The initiative taken by the new government is to free lunch to all students enrolled in the school.

A Román Vasútak 97-0506-2 számú 97-es sorozatú motorvonata Holod felé közeledik Belényes felől Bihar megyében. A vonattal párhuzamosan jöttünk egy szakaszon, és minden átkelőnél sorompót kaptunk miatta - így viszont remekül lehetett fotózni.

The last section of our second hiking trip in the Bihor Mountains in Romania - the braver ones left already and walked back to the house on foot, I took the rest of the group by car.

It would be my last day thinking about the mind and then using it to install a simple program of 'focus on the breath' it would be tricky to even attempt given a lifetime of avoidance of looking too hard at anything let alone my own mind. isn't there already enough to do?

Bihar Sharif, otherwise known as Bihar city, is a town in Nalanda District of Bihar. It is east of Paimer River, a tributary of the Ganges River. In ancient times, Bihar Sharif was the capital of Magadh and Pala dynasties.
A center of Islamic architecture, Bihar Sharif boasts several magnificent mosques and tombs, popular being the tomb of Makhdum Shah Sharif-ud-din, a Muslim saint of the 14th century. Thousands of devotees visit this tomb, particularly during the Urs festival.
Other attractions are Odantapuri, the remains of a Buddhist College, and a Gupta Pillar, which dates back to the 5th century.
Jat Jatin is the dance of women of the Mithila region of Bihar and is supposed to be performed on moonlit nights during the monsoons. Grown-up girls and young housewives assemble in the courtyard and, accompanied by a drum, dance from midnight to dawn. As they dance, they enact in gestures the epic story of the love of Jata and Jatin. The most dramatic episode of the dance concerns a wicked boatman who breaks through the dancing ring and kidnaps the beautiful Jatin. The lovers undergo many trials and tribulations but all ends well and, as happens in most folk tales, they live happily ever after.

Ezen a meredek hegyoldalon ereszkedtünk le a Csodavárhoz - többen is megelőztek bennünket, ill. a nagyobb gyerekek nálunk is előrementek. / This was the steep mountainside where we descended down to the dolina - others and even our older kids were faster than us. Hiking on the Cetatile Ponorului trail.
On the second hiking day of our trip in the Bihor Mountains in Romania, I took half of the group by the 4WD minivan up to the Padis, so that we only had an easy walk to the Cetatile Ponorului. The other half of the group went on foot and arrived at the same time - the road was bad and much longer for cars.

...is children. I feel.
Every time I visit a school, I wish that all children came to school with a smile.. had the smile all day and left the school with a smile.
It's amazing the wonders that a smile from a child does to one's soul.
