My first attempt.....baby steps .... more, much, much more practice at coiling/wrapping/forming before I'll be happy .... till then its back to 'practicing'.
This was such a gorgeous day at the beginning of February 2024. I wanted to spend the day in Central London but the Piccadilly Line was still partially closed and I didn't want to spend an extra two hours on a Rail Replacement bus - yuck. I spent the morning at the Premier Inn Terminal 4 watching takeoffs and then went to the Myrtle Avenue field at 1500. Too bad it got dark so early. The sky conditions were perfect. Life is good!

These pages are talking about French Cuisine and how is can be considered some of the most influential culinary traditions in the world, similarly the french language has found its way into many other languages as at one time it was the language of Europeans ruling class and still influences cultures today.
i decided i should actually try to make this dress i had been wanting to make, although i'm not good with following patterns. so this is my first adventure in dressmaking... to be continued.
