End of class. Time to say goodbye.
But isn't it always like this? things always end. Its the way this world is built, and we must live with endings. Once I have heard that every ending is a beginning of a new thing.
So - here's for all new beginnings and for happy endings. May the coming year be as good as the last one, and if posible - even better.
Have a quiet year, a year of dreams ending by fulfilment, and of new dreams. A year of health, of accomplishment and above all - a year of love and peace.
Happy new year all.
Israel, end of 2006 and beginning of 2007...... as always.
The recent months have provided much needed recovery from the difficult life events I experienced at the beginning of the year. I found myself to be extremely preoccupied with many things at school, church and with my own friend group that railfanning took kind of a back burner for almost three months.
Yesterday, I found myself with no real plans and, with this week being Easter break, I decided to brave the cold and dreary weather to finally head out trackside for the first time since January 21. I headed eastbound toward Bellevue with the intention of checking out the Wheeling.
As I got through Bellevue and onto the Wheeling main, I found this 775 coke train tied down at Yeomans with a nice pair of tigers leading. I pulled off U.S. 20 and walked in a few yards and fired off a few frames from various angles before returning to the car out of the rain.
New beginning are here, and new experiences lie ahead! I look forward to sharing them with you all as time moves on!
Nude and crucified, ready for being cleansed and purified. A new life, like being reborn. Every now and then we all must have a new beginning in our lives. How thrilling to feel alive, how exiting to find other paths. The old ends to give way for the new.

I was so fortunate to attend a journaling class with Teesha Moore at the beginning of August. I made these
two pages as a way to capture my memories of that day.

Lindsey and I welcomed our little one into the world last week. What an interesting mix of joy and exhaustion, but this is a lot of fun! I'd never even held a baby prior to last week, and now it's all I want to do.
There probably won't be many outings to the mountains this year, but that's OK. :)

a whole new beginning, finally starting work, gonna lead a dual life in order to chase my dreams still. It ain't gonna be easy but I'll never know till I try.
Thanks Zul for showing me this spot, glad to see you're getting better, but still be patient & not overexert yourself. Cheers
Took this picture last year. Emma and I went to the beach on our last night in Maui after getting married a few days before. The sunset was really something to behold.
Maybe it was a good sign?
I think so!
Humble beginnings, but a lovely flower later on!
My opinion personal es que son tan hermosos como las flores, y representan para mi, humildad e inocencia...
1 Peter 4:17
17 For it is time for judgment to begin with God’s household; and if it begins with us, what will the outcome be for those who do not obey the gospel of God?
Today was my 1st day of diet, some weeks ago I found somewhere the diet plan which the nutritionist gave me some years ago and I decided to start it again after the Season's holidays.
I know it's very important to write everything on a diary, it helps a lot to control the weight, so today I found an agenda which I didn't use in the past and I altered it's cover with scrapbooking.

Chrysanthemum bud , almost opening, but with a still half hidden heart, in purple mono, for the "new beginnings'" theme.
It made Explore at #324 briefly on 07/06/2011 for 06/01/2011, thank you very much for the views, comments and faves ! :-)
the flower in the front is just starting its life- petals opening. The flower behind is going to seed. Beginnings and Endings- Life and Death
As promised here is the colour version of the Blue toned flower. I decided to crop it in an almost panoramic format.
Have a wonderful weekend everyone -it's Friday evening here :-)
I look through "Explore" on Flickr on an almost daily basis and I'm always amazed and inspired by what I see. In this case, I'm trying my hand at Still Life, which is always challenging. Minimizing unwanted reflections, external light sources, background, exposure, and much more all comes in to play. The camera was tethered to a laptop via USB cable and EOS Utilities, which gave me a better view of the whole affair. As for the title, well... stay tuned.
Lady killer snow crocus. petals beginning to curl. Taken last week, lady killer snow crocu, the first to bloom in my garden each spring.
The yellow and purple ones have begun now, They teased me when I looked out the kitchen window all week when I was home sick, all the high winds and snow have made it impossible tfor me to get to them yet. Hoping to get a chance before they are gone again.
