I’m not cute or built to suit a fashion model’s size
But when I start to tell them,
They think I’m telling lies.

It’s in the reach of my arms,
The span of my hips,
The stride of my step,
The curl of my lips.

Phenomenally.

I walk into a room
Just as cool as you please,
And to a man,
The fellows stand or
Fall down on their knees.
Then they swarm around me,
A hive of honey bees.

It’s the fire in my eyes,
And the flash of my teeth,
The swing in my waist,

It is true that some images do not have a great history especially according to those who are part of it or who competed in the shooting but they probably remain with a little attention images filled with information about a monent in time, with an artistic side. With the anniversary of 9/11 happening recently, I just wanted to share this from my time in New York.
This photo was taken at the National September 11 Memorial & Museum in Manhattan - 9th September 2016
2 years ago, I got to spend the 15th anniversary of 9/11 in New York City and it was an incredible, yet heartbreaking experience.
I visited Times Square a couple of times whilst I was in NYC and it was always so crowded but I visited Times Square on the morning of 9/11 and it was a ghost town. Such an uneasy and heartbreaking feeling.
We spent the evening of 9/11 in Brooklyn and watched the memorial lights that represent the Twin Towers from Brooklyn Bridge Park. It was an amazing experience to see the memorial lights, be in New York for 9/11 and to also visit the One World Trade Center.
Rest in Peace to all of those who lost their lives on this tragic day. My thoughts are with their families

Mornings in bed are my favourite. Waking earlier just to relax and watch the sky is so peaceful, clearing your mind and preparing for the day like this is always so comforting and practically ensures your day will be magical
This is David. David was around when the original Z-Boys were around in the mid 1970s.
Z-Boys were a famous crew who started out as a surf team but later invented the basics for skateboarding in Santa Monica and Venice Beach, California.
The Z-Boys spent most of their time surfing the Cove at the Pacific Ocean Park which used to be an amusement park on top of the pier. "POP", which was abandoned at the time, was given the legendary name "Dogtown" by the locals and the Z-Boys.
I told David that it was awesome that he’s still shredding to which he replied “I'm old but you're only as old as you feel.” I then said to him, that’s awesome and look at Tony Hawk, Rodney Mullen, Mark Gonzales, Stacy Peralta and Tony Alva" who are still shredding to this day.
This guy was a pleasure to watch skate: a true Venice legend!
Not a fan of doing portraits, purely because I rarely do them, but I adore this photo so much.
