The image shows a bookend that I designed along with some sketchbook and development work which brought me to the end product. In my sketchbook, I experimented different inks and woodstains on the chosen material, plywood. I really like the affect that the plywood gave.

"burrata, smoked walnuts, horseradish ice cream"
A very colourfully vivid dish with glistening pearls of olive oil caviar - this combo of fresh cheese, beetroots, walnut, horseradish and raspberry was a stunner.
The soft creaminess of the cheese, the earthiness of the beetroot, the crunchy nuttiness of the walnut, the tang of the fresh raspberry and that pungent kick of horseradish from the ice cream worked in harmonious symphony to play out a wondrous piece of culinary orchestra.
