Here you are looking at a thrifted button, and various cotton, linen, and wool scraps. All pieces are fused with a lightweight double fusible, topstitched with a tight zig zag, and then tied at the back of the work.

I love the simplicity of BMO's character design - and perhaps his legs and feet are my favorite parts of all.
I was amused that this Beemo Cosplayer was wearing a Beemo t-shirt under her costume. It's a great bit of attention to detail.

The back of my BMO was my favorite part, the panels. I adjusted tension so the bottom thread would show through a bit. DMC cotton floss for the "screws" affixing the panel.

The lettering on the side took the most work. I got to trace the letters on a double-sided fusible then fuse and topstitch. The blue in the "B" is affixed to the black of the "B" in the same manner.
The speaker "holes" are simple pearl cotton.

A wool felt for the yellow key; simple zig-zag for (what I assume are) "start" and "select" buttons.

Garny and I are waiting for an important parcel to arrive; my Jewely Zelf! I sent off for mine last week at the same time as my sister BuddhistZebra, and her Jewely arrived today (check out the photos on her photostream!). Maybe mine will arrive tomorrow?
And yes, that is BMO from Adventure Time on my iPhone case. I do love me some BMO.
