Another photo of all the dancing light beams on Wednesday's trip to town.

More of the wood showcased in the architecture at the AGO. This is upstairs where there is a cafe. It gave me the feeling of being in a large ark! This might have something to do with the excess rainfall we have had this past week. lol

Interesting sky as I emerged from Homebase, with the lower two clouds having the look of the lenticular about them, with a kind of spiral/helix above them. I've never seen lenticulars in the UK, only on my visit to Iceland a few years ago. If there are any experts out there to say if they are or not, I'd be glad to find out more.

The sunset over the Apuan Alps in Verrucole (Tuscany). It was actually a very dull day, the sky was just a big gray wall of clouds (I'll post a photo of the view tomorrow) except for few, brief moments like this when the Sun was literally firing beams of light on the mountains through gaps in the clouds.

Now this little guy was sure beaming because I chased him all over the yard trying to get a shot. He would let me get almost set up and then he would flutter away! I am sure I heard him cackle as he took flight! So this is the bet shot I could get out of my many attempts.View On Black
