Scanned from a 1962 slide. This picture was taken shortly after the airport picture, once the Vanguard had got above the cloud base.
She is Bea, the portrait was made while I was testing my beauty dish, and I forgot to lower the ISO from the last shot, that' s why the picture has a bit of noise... but I liked as soon as I saw in the camera screen!
Lei è Bea, il ritratto è stato fatto mentre stavo facendo degli scatti per testare il beauty dish, infatti mi sono anche scordato di abbassare gli ISO da uno scatto precedente, per questo c' è un po' di rumore nella foto... comunque mi è piaciuta appena l' ho vista sullo schermo della reflex!
Bea and Rohm have begun to fight over toys. Whether it's Rohm's toy or Bea's toy, it doesn't matter, they fight for it. Rohm usually cries if Bea wins and Bea usually gets excited if Rohm wins; so for Bea it's a win-win situation because win or lose, someone is interacting with her and that's all that really matters.

I thought I'd give, in the last day of the year, a last thought to the company I worked for in the past 3 1/2 years. Company now acquired by Oracle Corp. This is what business is about these days: merge, join forces, to become a bigger player.
It was a glorious time, I learned so much (and gave so much), and I enjoyed the right mix of fun and seriousness. I met great people, great professionals, and great friends.
