Yes, I love the messiness of the lighting but it sure makes it tough to edit. I keep telling myself to stop shooting into the light but it creates a glowy magic that I adore. What rules do you break?

The “line_up“ is a paperwork series I developed since 2010. The “liners” are made out of paper (Din A3/A4),

oil paint and graphite. The theme is the hermetical laws of polarity and movement. There is no ending and no beginning in any direction, just an endless movement. You have the possibility to arrange the papers like you want and that makes it an endless playground for my photo-work and the eyes of the viewers.

The skateboard park next to Lake Jindabyne. I thought the pretty blue looked good against the sky and approaching storm. Some illustrations and tags on the blue walls and one on the right read, “Be nice”, which I thought was pretty wise! Jindabyne Snowy Mountains NSW.

LOTS OF LOVE

60th wedding anniversary cake. The lady made the fruit cake (heavily laced with rum!) and also the almond icing to a recipe that her hubby likes. She wasnt to worried about what the decoration was to be but told me that she had sweetpeas and roses in her bridal bouquet.

Now this really isnt my thing - i dont do flowers well and I dont really cover cakes in fondant well either. but i get the occasional one.

I am absolutely amazed by the anniversary they are such lovely people. Her hubby even read my rachel a couple of stories while she sat on his knee - she was so excited when they came and said look mum its a grandad! I am not sure by the faces who enjoyed that more as he has no grandkids apparently.

trying to capture a refraction within a dew drop off a flower petal. they say that it take about 400 shots to actually get a good one. i guess i have about 300 more to go!!
