We ventured along solitary secondary roads and stumbled upon this rather hidden lake flanked by mountains shrouded in mist and I was sure we had to have entered Asgard, the world of the Norse deitities and this ought to be beautiful Freya's bathtub :))

Posted for the Happy Caturday theme "Favourite".
Tofu has many favourite spots. Which one he uses depends on the time of day, on the season and (most of all) on where I am. Especially during winter when the big outdoors isn't so very appealing he tends to stay inside and follow me everywhere. In the morning he follows me into the bathroom where he waits more or less patiently until I have finished my morning routine. His favourite spot in the bathroom is the bathtub where he can hide and jump out like a jack-in-the-box when you least expect it. This is probably one of his favourite games. :)

Whenever I go to Old Mans Cave I am always drawn to Devils Bathtub to me it's a tuff place to come away with some decent shots. We got to Old Mans Cave around sunrise and had the whole place to ourselves for several hours, the water flow was pretty good walked all of Old Mans Cave and was done before 9:00 then I went and met up with some good friends at Ash Cave, by 9:30 the place was a zoo with tourist.

With very few exceptions, new housing in Los Alamos was built with showers but no bathtub. Because of the scarcity of iron during the early phases of the war, Congress had limited the types of bathroom fixtures that could be included in new construction, thus tubs were not permitted. It soon became obvious to all residents that the only persons who could enjoy the luxury of a bath were the families living in the former masters’ cottages.
