A special curriculum for the teaching of Arabic has been developed at the MLC to comprise the gist of various reputed international curricula. In addition, we teach a book entitled “Al-Kitab fi Taallum Al-Arabiah”, edition two, George town University, Texas, and another one entitled “Alef Baa” for the primary levels, or A1. All the way through, concentration is on the four basic skills of the language: listening, reading, speaking and writing. This is coupled with building capacity to help the student speak the language in private and public daily situations, and understand Arabic on the literary and cultural levels. www.mlc.edu.jo
