A string of semi-retired CVPI's is lined up in a convoy headed to the FEMA CDP for the MFF/HOT for CBRNE* in Anniston Alabama.
Rather than put too many miles on the adminstrative vans or department bus, the "bean counters" have come up with the ingenious idea to pack 4 cops and luggage in each car for the trip. After all, they're going off to auction with the others soon enough.
