A few pots made the move from Providence. Not all of them. Not even all the favorites.

Found some red geraniums at Loew's for 4 bucks. Replanted, done. Below the geraniums are a whole field of fourth floor Lavender. See them? O, not yet.

This side is harder. The way the sun curves over makes this side harder to grow on.

Along with that aggressive stucco on the wall. Probably will be hanging something over the stucco.

Need some lighting out here.

1st pic is a nice sage green burlap. Fail. In the bright sunlight it looks grey and does not flow with the color of the other buildings in the view.

The burlap is good for letting the wind through, less of a sail effect.

The 2nd pic is a muslin like curtain. Sail effect is strong, too strong for fabric like this to last outside. Fail.

Hung up one of my precious coffee bags. Not sacrificing my coffee bags to the elements.

It is interesting to have a graphic out there to define the space.

Conclusion? I think I am looking for Ivory toned burlap.

In the meantime, realized that the coffee bags with a backing could make fab area rugs....
