Another view of my sunflower

Red sunflower – Ornamental

The red sunflower exists for ornamental uses since there are many other types of sunflower that produces larger and greater quantites of sunflower seeds. It can grow to about 10 feet (3 meters) tall (depending on the variety) and is an impressive sight and a great conversation piece. The red sunflower also has the ability to grow multiple heads, giving it more flowers than the ordinary sunflower, hence improving the overall appearance of a planting in the garden. Single bloom yellow sunflowers, unless planted in a larger grouping or at the back of a garden bed, can tend to look a bit scraggly, especially after the sunflower heads have emerged.

she's had some flat ironing here.. to reduce the frizz, add shine and give her some style!

How does she look?

Shaun's butt was too big so I asked him shoot. Haha.

The back of my head cabinet. Stretching Tolex is a real chore, even using a hair dryer to get some extra give.

The back of the sign outside of the Chamber of Commerce building listed area churches. That seems unusual to me

Seen in the Botanical Garden.

mmmmm..... metal edged curb

Self shot with my Canon sd1000 on continuous mode with a 10 second timer. It only took 50 shots or so to get this one.

Damn it looks like I have a mullet.... time for a mop chop.

It took weeks to find the right size and number of Bulldog clips locally.

They're attached with epoxy. I've had some problems with them popping off, but I fixed those with a newer tube of "plastic weld," and they seem very durable now.

The backside of the abandoned school.

The back of a leaf from (maybe, but not necessarily) a peace lily (Spathiphyllum wallisii).

Even the back looks good, feels good and handles very good.

Belt buckle in solid bronze made to fit 1.5" wide snap-on style belt. For a man or a woman, this buckle has a primitive motif and a feather in the center and feathered carvings connecting the primitive and feather areasand is 3" long and 2" wide.

The buckle comes with a connector made out of brushed steel salvaged from file-cabinet file separators.

The bronze is made from BRONZclay, brand new eco-conscious technology made from recycled copper (bronze is a combination of mostly copper and a little bit of tin) and tin and binder that was shaped and hand-carved and then made into solid bronze by firing in active carbon for many, many hours, just like out of the ashes in Pompeji. The patina is natural and can be polished off to reveal shining bronze if you wish ...very cool!

Was taking pictures of my friend ODB and this kid just started shredding this pool. Landed.
