This afternoon, I worked on some more backend tools for PeoplePods: multi-file attachment and management, and flag views.

This screen shows the detailed view of a file that has been attached to a user account. Files get automatically resized into a few sizes, so you can view all of the different options, or replace the file completely.

Despite the dire predictions of 16+ hrs, I tihink it took an hour or so to restore 150GB :) Was so glad that I'd taken that backup.

Amazing service at the Apple store. Took it in Sat lunch, was seen within an hour without an appt, then got a phonecall Sun eve to say it was ready! Picked it up Mon eve. Was brilliant. Well done Apple.

New HDD, new HDD Controller (which they think is the cause of the crashes) and new keyboard (coz my E key came off). Very shiny.
