Longhorn love .......... looks like a tangle of legs ending in cramp and backache to me. The things one does to perpetuate the species eh !
Return of the Renown
Despite the influx of new buses into First Glasgow, the old faithful Volvo B10BLEs continue to ply their trade, despite now being the oldest single-deckers in the fleet in front line service. Indeed most of the withdrawals that have taken place following the new buses have been the slightly newer Volvo B7Ls (ghastly buses) and the ex-London Marshall Darts.
Indeed, such is FiG’s affection for the B10BLE it’s actually taken some ex-First Aberdeen one’s so the fleet of these weary warhorses have actually increased. Despite now being the only Euro-2 buses in passenger service and having thinly padded seats straight from the First backache range, these are some of the most reliable buses in the fleet and well-liked by the drivers.
These are also the last buses built for the fleet with Wrightbus’s Classic front. For years, Wrightbus named its models after classes of warships, the company hailing from a part of the UK famous for its shipbuilding. The launch of the Millennium range of bodies in 1999 saw its bodies named after celestial events. - Solar, Eclipse, Pulsar and so on.
Seen here is 61600 (SF51YAG) although this bus was new as FiGs SV635. The dot-matrix screen looks rather quaint in these days of LED screens.
Large-Flowered Bellwort (Uvularia grandiflora).
Photographed at the TVA Native Garden, 3/18/07.
Also seen and photographed at Cane Creek Canyon Nature Preserve and in the Bankhead NF. The flowers of the species in this genus hang down like the uvula, the structure that hangs from the soft palate in the back of the mouth ... hence the genus name, Uvularia.
Reportedly, native Americans used the upper vegetative parts of Large-Flowered Bellwort to make poultices to treat rheumatic pain and sore muscles. The root has been used in various preparations to treat toothaches, boils, swellings, wounds, ulcers, backaches, sore muscles and rheumatic pain.

Day 195. Tatortot and corn on the cob fest at my town. (Not actually called that.)
I could really go for tator tots though.
Full of smiles and backaches and disappointments that night.
She remains distantly obstinate, with a callous demeanour and a lawlessness that should imply danger, yet you allow yourself to be drawn under her spell. You've been caught here before, foolish girl, amid her shattered toys and broken promises. Why so silent? It's been twelve years and yet you still allow her self-destructive wake to consume you, to ruin you a little, time and time again. She shows you your imperfections in her actions and words, having reduced you to tears innumerable times. No one else can see her flaws; particularly the perennial chip on her shoulder that seems to have altered her DNA - until you met her, you never knew a human being could be so genuinely narcissistic. Realistically, she's not going anywhere, and you'll just continue in the same vicious circle. You'll just have to keep dreaming.
I feel ill :) By the time I finished work I felt awful, but I was like 'no! Must go take pixie-themed pictures in the woods for art!' so I trekked down with my tripod and over shoulder bag filled with glitter and shoes and allsorts, which doubled my backache almost instantly. None of the shots I imagined worked out, and the theme didn't really go too well - I didn't like any of them. With a little colour editing I don't hate this, but still. I gave up eventually and didn't want to trek further into the wood alone then scared myself silly as Tom's halloween decorations were still up so there were some swinging Blair Witch Project hanging thingmys and then I fell down my favourite decrepid stairway and everything hurt and I got angry and then it began to pour with rain so I sort of slammed everything back in my bag and sulked off home. I cheered up once I'd had a shower, but I still feel terrible. And I've got no work done at all. Ohhh dear.

The most amazing thing happened today. Some months back, a person flickrmailed me that he wanted to use a shot of mine for a certain article. He said he would credit me with my name and flickr address and also send me a copy of the article. So, I got this letter today, ( I had completely forgotton bout it..) and I was soo happie when I read it! :D What a beautiful start of 2009!
I really didnt know a mere unexpected letter and a simple word *thanks* would make me sooh giddy with excitement. haha.
Best. Day. Ever.
So what did I learn today?
Well, something quite useful actually. That it's possible to eat cold pasta with two pencils.
I started the day a little bit pickled from the night before, shcatter-brained and dishorganished.
Dave - he who do the MA about Decay - was accompanying me again and I hadn't made my mind up where we should go. For once I knew what I wanted to create and I would rope Dave into help but I couldn't decide where. We would need stone and the first option has some great stone but sadly I'm banned from doing anything there, the next two are next to rivers but the very heavy rain of yesterday would probably mean they would be too high to gather enough material.
So just as Dave arrived I checked the tide and it would be at its height in an hour and half.
We arrived on the coast and the tide was still high but fortunately I had left my camera behind so a return journey home and back to the bay would mean our second arrival to the bay would be timed with it just starting to recede. Perfect.
Along with that the sun was shining and the sky was blue, not what we were expecting and not what the weatherman said. Even better.
I've been putting together another proposal for a commission and the ideas I am pursuing are to do with the fragility of our existence and the possibility that we have reached a tipping point where our actions (or perhaps lack of the right ones) may end up in our own demise. 2010 so far has had the highest global temperatures on record and whether or not you believe that this is man-made or a natural fluctuation of earth temperatures, in my opinion is missing the point.
Human beings have spread far and wide and taken all that they can from the earth in order to feed our addiction to needing stuff and to be able to increase our ability to survive, to protect ourselves from our environment, to keep our families safe and well. But as we've persued these needs with have funnelled ourselves into a trap where our collective future is now uncertain. We talk about saving the planet but that is rot. If we truly wanted to save the planet then it'd be better off if we all disappeared. No, what we really mean when we say we want to save the planet is we want to save our own skins.
In order to represent this I am going to create a series of shelters containing rock balances, seal them up so that the fate of each delicate sculpture is unknown unless you look within. Just as our lust to better ourselves, to protect ourselves from the world and to have a better chance of survival has ripped all the finite resources from our planet and delivered us to a place where this quest has left us with an uncertain future. Will we be able to shelter from what our earth will throw at us now if our climate tips out of control? Will our delicate existence continue or will it collapse like a stack of pebbles and rocks?
There is much more to this project but I don't want to reveal it all now.
Anyway back to the important business of the day:-
My camera wasn't the only item I'd forgotten. When I sat down to eat some lunch I realised I didn't have a fork. I thought that I might be able to whittle one out of driftwood but that might need more calories than the pasta might contain. I looked through my bag and found a pair of scissors and some thorns. Nope, that wasn't going to do it. How about I just stick my face in the food and eat it like a pig? I probably would have done if I'd been on my own. I know, why not use two pencils as chopsticks? They were actually easier to use than normal chopsticks. So if in doubt make sure you always have two pencils with you. Or else you might go hungry.
Dave built the left wall and I built the right hand one. We found some driftwood for the roof and it was now ready for the sculpture to be built within. I tried several times to get the first few layers up but I couldn't sense where the centre of gravity was without being able to stand above it and all I ended up with was backache and a feeling of frustration.
We took down the roof and I begun again. This time, still with effort and much searching for the right stones, I got it to stand. Gingerly we replaced the roof, being careful not to drop anything into the chamber and stood back to review what we had done. Originally I'd wanted to extend the sides and brick up the entrance but I thought it was fine just as it is.
I wonder how long it will last?
After seven years with Arriva South, the 333 has returned to G-Ahead's Stockwell (SW) base, this time instead of using B7TLs and E400 Tridents, this now uses ex-Camberwell EvoSeti hybrids albeit on a temporary basis until the E400ev units arrive in the summer. By that time the MHVs will probably end up either on the 89 or the 476.
Hard to tell if the difference in service is felt after one day but it looks like a promising return even though these buses have the worst upper deck seats imaginable. Anything more than a few stops and you get backache from the complete lack of padding. Hope a refurb sorts this out.

Nepal trumpet flower is a vigorous, evergreen climbing shrub producing woody stems that can be up to 20 metres long
The source of an excellent, but underutilized fibre, the plant also has medicinal properties. It is often grown as an ornamental, being particularly valued for its large, fragrant, white, trumpet-shaped flowers which are borne in abundance

She waited for the 17.00 from Dungeness power station to come by and end it all. As she gazed up at the sky dreaming of a prawn-rich afterlife the three winged seagulls overhead miaowed.
Aches and pains hit us at all ages, from the growing pains of childhood to the backache that can come as we get older.
There are typical ages when we are prone to particular problems. It stands to reason as we age our bodies do tend to feel more twinges but there are things we can do to feel better.
Growing pains are common in children. They're in the muscles rather than the joints, often in the thighs and calves, and usually happen at night.
There are some conditions like Sever's disease and Osgood-Schlatter disease which teens are more prone too. They relate to inflammation of the heel and the bones of the knees, respectively.
Your twenties are often a time of good health when you are supposed to be at your physical peak. It still pays to live a healthy life and keep fit.
"In your twenties it's mainly sporting injuries that cause aches and pains," says Sebastien. "But this can be the age when work related issues can begin, like repetitive strain injury (RSI) or even lower back pain if your job involves being static for a long time."
our thirties can be a stressful time, balancing career and perhaps children. This can lead to headaches. Working at a computer for hours on end could also cause eye strain which can also lead to headaches. The Migraine Trust says migraines are most common in people aged 30 to 40.
Forties and fifties
Back pain can be more prevalent as we reach our forties and fifties.
It can be caused by sprains, strains, minor injuries or a pinched or irritated nerve. It could also be caused by everyday activities or stress on the spine caused by years of bad posture. Lifting incorrectly or repetitive injury through work or sport can also be a cause of back pain as can sciatica or slipped (prolapsed).
"Disc related problems can start relatively young, by the time you reach 40 you are more prone to developing a bulging disc in your neck or back or sciatica, which can also lead to leg pain,"
Sixties, seventies and beyond
Osteoarthritis is the most common type of arthritis. It affects the joints, which become damaged, swollen and stiff and movement becomes painful. It commonly affects the knee, hip and foot and hand joints.
It's estimated by Arthritis Research UK that a third of people aged 45 years and over in the UK has osteoarthritis.
Of those aged 75 years and over, 49% of women and 42% of men have sought treatment.
What to do: Get moving, and keep your weight in check. Exercise is vital for people with osteoarthritis to strengthen muscles and improve fitness.
Slow, gentle stretching can improve flexibility and help with stiffness. Strength exercises lessen pain by easing the burden on joints.
Losing weight can also reduce strain on your joints and ease pain.
"The key is keeping active and fit."
Human spaceflight and operations image of the week: ESA astronaut Thomas Pesquet testing Skinsuit in weightlessness
Astronauts have been known to grow by up to 7 cm as their spines lengthen in weightlessness. As a result, many suffer from backache during their missions. ESA is supporting the development of a suit designed to combat the lack of gravity effects by squeezing the body from the shoulders to the feet with a similar force to that felt on Earth.
Each Skinsuit is tailor-made for its wearer with a bidirectional weave. The suits need to fit tightly but comfortable, while creating the right amount of force in the right places.
ESA astronaut Thomas Pesquet tested his Skinsuit on a parabolic flight in March. Tilted at 45°, an Airbus offers up to 20 seconds of weightlessness at each apex of its rollercoaster ride.
ESA astronaut Andreas Mogensen will be the first astronaut to evaluate the Skinsuit in space when he leaves for the International Space Station next year. Thomas will follow Andreas to the orbiting laboratory in 2016.
ESA’s Space Medicine Office is working with the universities of Kings College and University College in London, England, and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, USA, to test the suit prototypes.

This is it: I woke up at 4 a.m. in the morning yesterday with a terrible backache, I sat in the car for about 7 hours and now I can't even stand up.
But I'm quite happy about my trip, I just want to go home.
Either this guy's really flexible or he's going to have one heck of a backache once he's done. This is about as risque as Victorian paintings get, redeemed from the charge of pornography only by the fact that the fairy guy is somehow (and for some reason) keeping his butt in the air so the couple aren't yet coupling.
The myriad small details in this painting made recolouring it especially difficult because matching the geometry of the black and white and colour versions took so much trial and error. It's still not a precise match, but I think it works well enough.
Surya Chikitsa or Color Therapy is a drugless method of treating the diseases by using different colors from sunlight. The rays of the sun contain all the essential elements needed to reestablish and maintain the health of the human body. Sun rays are made-up of seven colors – (1) Red (2) Yellow (3) Orange (4) Green (5) Blue (6) Indigo (7) Violet.
These colors can be seen in rainbow. These seven colors have different qualities. In the other words there are only 7 medicines for all the bodily ailments. The law of nature is that where there is light, there is energy and there is life. There is coolness, heat and weight in colors. Place a thermometer in a glass of water and throw rays over it. Red rays will show heat and blue rays will show coolness. This proves the above fact.
The history of color therapy is very ancient. Indian Vedic scriptures have mentioned the significance of these colors. This system was first practiced in India by Indian Rishis (Indian Saints). Then slowly this knowledge reached to China, Egypt, Greece and spread throughout the world. According to the basic principles of Surya Chikitsa or Color Therapy, human body is composed of different colors and lack of any color in our body gives rise to disease. A man is said to be in a state of health as long as the colors of the spectrum are in a harmonious state in his body. The body parts, which are visible, have different colors and so have the internal organs. The brain, eyes, lungs, heart, liver, intestines, kidney, bones, blood have different colors. When closely examined, even the smallest cell of the body is found colored.
During the state of disease, there is a disturbance in the balance of colors in the human body. When a disorder arises, besides its chemical balance, its color balance too is affected. Surya Chikitsa or color therapy restores the chemical and color balance of the body and cures the disease. Color therapy removes the foreign matter from the system that causes disease. It removes the disorder from the root cause and permanently suppress the disease.
This is a universally accepted fact that development of all living forms of life depends mainly on solar energy. Today solar cells can produce electricity and can run cars, trains etc. When the sun is the life force of all living things, the efficacy of colors, which are emitted from the sun rays, can hardly be doubted. An experienced naturopath can use seven colors for curing different ailments, but for the ordinary person, following four groups will be helpful for treatment:-
Red, Orange and Yellow
Green
Blue, Indigo and Violet
White Solar Charged Water
Red, Orange, Yellow Charged Water

It is very effective in high fever and headaches, and removes burning sensation from the body. It cures excessive bleeding during menstruation, and is an effective medicine in tonsillitis, swelling of gums, toothache, pyorrhea and other aliments of the throat. If one gets burnt on any part of the body, pouring blue waters or oil and giving blue rays on the affected part, will give him a quick recovery and will also help in removing the burning sensation.
Precaution: Injurious in paralysis, colds and anemia.
White Solar Charged Water
It can be prepared by keeping the water for 8-10 hours in direct sunlight. A liter of this water should be taken every morning. Those who are sick and sensitive can first start with 1 glass of water and gradually increase the amount. This water should be taken empty stomach in the morning. Without brushing your teeth. Nothing should be taken (tea, coffee, or breakfast) with in one hour after taking this water. Other color charged waters could be taken after 45 minutes if needed.
Method To Prepare Colored Water
Colored water (water treated with different color rays of the sun) can be prepared, by exposing water in transparent glass bottles of desired color in sunlight for 6-8 hours. To prepare blue water, use blue color bottle. If colored bottle is not available warp white bottle with transparent colored sheets. After treating the water keep it for 1-2 hours to cool and then use it. Color combination described in ancient Hindu books Red, yellow and blue are the original natural colors. By mixing these colors other colors are formed. Red color when mixed with yellow color in equal proportion produces orange color and yellow color. If mixed with blue produces green color.
Color Combination
Red and yellow make orange, blue violet make indigo. Yellow and green make lemon. Green and blue make turquose. Red and violet produce magenta. Magenta and red make scarlet. Blue and red make purple/ violet. Yellow and blue make green. Orange and violet make brown. Green and orange make olive. Green and violet make slate.
Sun Bath
The exposure of body to sun rays at a particular time is termed as sun bath. It has many medicinal values. Sunlight is of prime importance for maintaining good health. Out of the five naturopathy. Sun bath should be taken early in the morning. Sun showers three types of rays upon us. These are:-
Rays of visible (white) light: Sunlight has seven different colors, which can be seen during rainbow. They are violet, indigo, blue, green, yellow, orange and red. Each color has an effect on the body.
Infra red rays: These rays generate heat, and are beneficial in the winter. They have a good effect on the body. It relaxes the muscles, reduces swelling and removes pain.
Ultra violet rays: When these rays are exposed on the skin, vitamin D. is produced. Sunlight is the best available source of vitamin D. Ultraviolet rays keep the skin healthy, cures disease of the bone known as ‘Rickets'.
Sunlight is beneficial for the whole body. Sunlight destroys certain bacteria and disease spreading germs. It increases red blood corpuscles and white blood corpuscles in the blood and helps to increase the natural resistance of the body. It is beneficial in rheumatism, lumbago, backache, gout, cramps and loss of appetite. Sunlight helps to develop the size and the strength of the muscles. It is also useful for pregnant lady. She gets relief from fatigue, backache, over stimulation etc.
Points To Remember While Taking Sun Bath
During sun bath, minimum possible clothes should be worn. The mild sunlight of morning and evening is to be taken. The intense sunlight of the mid day should be avoided. Do not look directly into the sun. Eyes should be closed and head should be covered during sun bath. Initially, the duration of sun bath should be 5 minutes. This time can be increased gradually. In summer, it should be taken for 15 minutes and for 50 minutes during winter. It is advisable to take a cold water bath after sun bath. If cold water bath is not possible, body should be wiped by a piece of cloth dipped in cold water. Sun bath should be taken in a place, which is sheltered from direct wind. It should not be given to patients suffering from fever or acute pulmonary tuberculosis.
DESCRIPTION SOURCE:
I just set up my new standup-desk, the Kangaroo Elite from Ergo Desktops. As you can see, it's not a desk, it's a platform for my desk, and the keyboard platform and two monitors raise as a single unit to standing height and lower to sitting height in about 15 or 20 seconds.
It took me about a half hour to assemble -- and almost all of that was attaching the monitors to the Kangaroo's arms. It was no harder than most Ikea projects I've assembled and took way less time.
I've been told that it can take a week or two to get used to standing all day, so I'll take it easy at first and stand for just an hour or two.
Eventually I expect to stand all day. No more backaches from sitting for long stretches. That's my hope.
Since this group is supposed to be about 'workspaces' and not 'desktops', I thought I would post my space that is for working on my doctoral thesis.
Highly mobile and very comfortable. I have discovered that sitting at a desk, especially with a laptop, just gives me backaches and sore wrists. So I converted what was a desk and chair to a more comfortable environment with a folded up mattress pad and two old iBook boxes (full of books). This recessed corner provides a cocoon feeling, especially now that I added the curtains to separate workspace from the rest of the bedroom.
On the floor is a pad of big idea paper. The iBook boxes serve as a resting space for the laptop, which I'm usually using on my lap (!). The mattress pad means I can change position, leaning left or right, but keep warm in the chilly London-basement-flat winter.
my last upload was on 15th of June...next day i got backache and was on bedrest.... 18th june my 37th birthday one year more has gone from my life...my wife never forget my birthday she gave me RED rose with tube rose....so lovely fragrance
Pray for Me still in pain.....Amir
So why am I posting so many photos when I should be out jet skiing, drinking or at least sitting on the beach?? Because I have been sick since the day before we left home. I thought I was feeling better yesterday afternoon, had a couple of cosmos and even eat greasy food. Then I was up really late getting my moon shot. By the time we returned to our room, my lower back was in spasms. This morning I limped downstairs for breakfast and haven't left the room all day. My husband's favorite phrase for me is "Only you Sandra, only you . . ." HE'S sitting by the pool! (Humming to myself, waiting for Advil to kick in so MAYBE I can go sit by the pool.) p1090814

In the early 1880s Dr. Franklin L. Miles of Elkhart, Indiana began bottling and selling medicine which he prescribed for a variety of illnesses including nervous exhaustion, headaches, insomnia, backaches, epilepsy, and miscellaneous pains and spasms. In 1884 Miles founded the Dr. Miles Medical Company.
The company printed a huge amount of advertising material combining useful information with product promotion. In 1978 Bayer AG based in Leverkusen, Germany, acquired the Miles company.

To sleep or not to sleep? That is the question.
Whether 'tis weather-wise thus to suffer
The stings and arrows of a Borean Winter,
Or, by retreating to a cozy corner, burrow, and end them,
To sleep, to hibernate and by a six-week nap
To say we end the backache and the rheumatism
And the hundred ills woodchucks are heir to,
To hibernate! To sleep! Perchance to dream--
Aye, there's the rub! For in that death-like sleep
What dreams may come, eke make me suck my paws,
For who would prophesy and shake and shiver
In an advancing cold wave and storm
When he at once might rest and comfort take
By getting in out of the wet.

As we approached Chumathang we spot a flying mist of very hot sulphur water just metres away from chilling indus river. Karma tells us that Amchis (Trans-Himalayan Auyurveda Medicine Practioners) visit here during specific period and advise bath in a particular hot spring.
The meaning of "amchi" in the Buddhist language is ‘superior to all’. The amchis have practical knowledge on various ethno-medicines (known as "Amchi medical system").
One of the emanations of Lord Buddha is 'the Medicine Buddha', who is believed to have taught the roots of this tradition. The right hand of "the Medicine Buddha" holds a fruit of arura (a medicinal plant) and the left hand holds a begging bowl. Arura is considered the best medicine in the Tibetan medical system. The position of his right hand and the arura which he holds, represent the eradication of sufferings.
There are hot springs in the valleys of Ladakh such as Chumathang, Panamik, Markha, Serchan and Pugga, with a large amount of sulphur and minerals. According to Amchi medical system, bathing in sulphur springs is recommended for persons suffering from rheumatism. There are a few mineral springs, which flow for a certain period of the year and control medicinal properties for a limited period. Specific hot-water springs were recommended by amchis for curing particular diseases. For instance, Chumathang hot spring is recommended for curing backache, Markha for itching etc.

The ease and grace with which she moved through her watery world was not only entrancing but threw into stark relief how we humans stumble and jerk our way through our own airy world...there's a lot to be said for teaching our children Tai Chi from an early age, it would certainly work wonders for backache and all the other aches and pains attributed to muscle tension and bad posture...as well as working wonders in relieving us of the stress and tension in our heads – the consequence? Better bodies, minds and souls, resulting in a better respect and understanding for the natural environment and therefore a chilled out world! Well, one can dream, eh! My back certainly does when I'm carrying my camera gear! :-)
My sisters new car. Pretty basic in here however I quite like it and it's more comfortable than the Ibiza, that car gives me backache!
Half way heading to Lake Tekapo, South Island, New Zealand
I considered myself lucky as initially before decided to go with other vehicles, I actually think of renting a bigger space for the long-distance road trip in New Zealand. Not only the itinerary packed with 2 huge of baggage, but we also need space for easy access like foods, beverage and cameras from the rear passenger seat.
After spent certain amount of times of watching and reading reviews, I've nailed down the 2017 Audi Q7 for my option and the best thing was, the rental was considerably cheap as opposed other Japanese, Korean even compared with different continental SUVs. The verdict was pretty precise, long-distance road trip like spending every day for 300-500km, Audi Q7 was giving the comfort according to the reviewers.
What we didn't expect was the cargo area able to fit the 2 big size pieces of luggage. That was why we were thankful didn't go for the smaller vehicle. Like abovementioned, whenever I feel the right spot to do photography, I will be stopped by roadside(whenever it is safe to do) so that I could easily access my camera from the rear passenger seat.
Wifey even took this advantage to the next level, she made coffee for me when I needed it On-The-Go. Taking hot boil water which filled from the hotel early in the morning, with the thick paper cup (bought a dozen it in the supermart before began our road trip). Along the distance of 300-500km every day really not a joke. Not only the comfort could sustain long hours drive, coffee also something cannot be missed and a MUST have for the entire road trip.
As you may aware the entire trip we planned was accommodation hoping for every night, so the luggage would have to stay at the cargo space as long as it could. For all the above reasons, Q7 is the only smart choice. I never regret my decision as when I came back Singapore and driving my own vehicle back to Kota Damansara (approx 4h drive without stopping), the first 2 hours I already experience backache, so it was pretty obvious how significant it was back in New Zealand long hours road trip.

This is the shot after 2 hours of driving (heading to Lake Tekapo) then stopped by to test out the camera by doing some test shots making sure it was still functioning as it should after arrival and prepare for the next shooting destination. This shot edited on 16 September 2018 back in Aaroki Court, Mount Cook Village.

Continuing in my trend of FirstGroup oddballs, 63000 was new as a demonstrator in 2010 to First Bradford. The Temsa Avenue was designed for commuting and the interior wasn't very good at accommodating much else. The seats were fine for short commutes but left you with a backache on longer journeys, quite like the Class 777s.
63000 was the first and only Temsa Avenue to be delivered to First Bradford. The vehicle was trialled against a brand new fleet of Euro 4 Wright Eclipse Urban bodied Volvo B7RLEs and, evidently, failed. In response, First handed back the vehicle which was then transferred to the now defunct independent company Geldards.
Geldards would use the vehicle on service 714 between Bradford Interchange and the Owlcotes Centre at Pudsey. It wasn't a smash hit and was presumbly used to cover a vehicle shortage.
In 2013, it was transferred to Centrebus's depot at Waterloo where it would gain the fleetnumber 456 and was frequently used on services running to and from Wakefield. 456 would pass to Yorkshire Tiger, retaining it's fleetnumber. After spending a short time on lease to Richards Bros. of Cardigan, Ceredigion covering for Arriva services which had been withdrawn (leading to cries of "SHAME ON YOU, ARRIVA!"), it was handed back to the leasing company...Arriva.
With two identical vehicles that were non-standard and poorly received, it was decided that YJ10 DTF would join ex Arriva Malta BUS 313 (now YJ11 GHB) at Arriva North East with YJ10 DTF gaining the fleetnumber 4721.
