A friend is like a four leaf clover, hard to find, lucky to have. I truly Bless to have Flickr friends.

can't believe I forgot to upload these pics when my ebay vintage button case arrived - it was a sales display piece, the buttons are all still in their different sales boxes with the old prices pencilled on - just gorgeous and the whole case and all its contents were just ยฃ21!
To be clear I do prefer dressing nice with neckwear, but I do like different styles and sometimes I do just wear a shirt buttoned up by itself. This shirt is very well fitted in the collar so it does take some effort getting it buttoned.

1. B is for...
The next theme, on Saturday June 21, is all about 'buttons'... more specifically 'buttons for clothing'... I've called it "BEHOLD THE BUTTON".
This week's focus - negative space. This was not my first choice however. My SD card didn't work and I lost the photos I took earlier. So disappointed. Looking forward to next week.
Cupcakes work is never done..she sews buttons on the teddy bears clothes at the teddy bear clothes factory..she has to choose the perfect ones ..what a stressful job!

orange/red hourglass mark on abdomen
These common spiders are often found around human dwellings. They build a messy web and have large white, spiky egg sacs. They are usually a brown colour with darker bands on the joint of each leg. The abdomen is grey to white often with a series of dots. The characteristic hourglass shape under the abdomen is orange to red. They are inoffensive and when disturbed, drop to the floor in a tight ball. Bites are rare and usually occur when the spiders are squashed by accident. The venom is highly neurotoxic and causes pain, sweating, nausea and shortness of breath. A bite from a Brown Button Spider is unpleasant, but treatable and no deaths have been recorded.
Found some green and pink buttons at Dollarama so just had to buy them! so I am kind of late for this Christmas..but really early for next year! And you know how fast time flies LOL
This is a comparison of hardware buttons on many popular Android devices. I know this isn't all of them but I think it's filled out enough.
I find it interesting that series of devices (e.g. Droid Series) don't match. Also, there is no consistency in regards to icon design on each device.
UPDATE: The Bergol says I have used the incorrect Droid 2 in this list. Instead of matching the Droid, it matches the Droid Pro. I apologize for my mistake.
UPDATE 2: Thanks for all the views. This was originally pointed out by Ben but John Gruber from Daring Fireball was my source. Engadget has created a better version here. I meant no disrespect to the Android community but feel that muscle memory can cause a frustrating experience when changing devices.
A couple of days late but fairies are hard to find in your house. #57/119 International Fairy Day.
A funny little Tinker Bell button.
After what seemed like a very long wait, we got Fairyland mail on Tuesday!
Her name is Pixie (It is what my husband calls all my dolls! Plus she's the perfect little Pixie) She is a Fairyland Realpuki Soso, in tan.
Button was very happy to find a friend her own size to play with, and wasted no time in introducing herself. All I could hear all day was the tinkling sound of little giggles coming from the doll shelf :)
