Some photos showing the immediate aftermath of this morning's (06/02/2014) bus crash in central Manchester.
Local media reports have stated something to the effect that five buses collided with each other. The truth is probably more on the lines of one Arriva VDL colliding with four Stagecoach vehicles for reasons as yet unknown.
It appears from the trail of destruction left behind that the Arriva has hit an Enviro hybrid and I think a Magic Bus Trident, before ending up on the wrong side of Portland Street, where it has then clipped an Enviro before finally coming to rest, embedded in the front of passing ex Mayne Magic Trident V128 DJA.
All the emergency services were quickly on the scene, with eleven people reported as injured. The scene was finally cleared by around 11am.

This unregistered vehicle has returned to town in recent days and is being used to further develop the bus, running from the Cummins engine plant. One thing catching a fleeting glimpse of it, another thing getting a picture, this being the result of a gamble that paid off after seeing it earlier
Tourism Varadero Tour Bus
This double deck bus passes by every 30 minutes and goes all around Varadero resorts and downtown. It costs around 5$ for the whole day. I advise not sitting on the top if it's windy...especially if you are tall.
Autobus à 2 étages qui fait le tour de Varadero. Il en coute a peu prés 5$ pour l'utiliser pendant une journée. Je vous conseille de ne pas vous assoir en haut s'il vente...surtout si vous etes grands.
