This is one of the iconic views of Tivoli Gardens, which is one of the oldest amusement parks in the world, located in central Copenhagen. The bumper boats and small pond is one of my favorites. In the background you can see the clock tower of City Hall Square. Yesterday was terrific weather for a trip to Tivoli.
It's an excellent place for people watching too.

As I said, I’m going helter-skelter through my Hyères/Corsica pictures. This one was shot from the stern of the Mega Andrea, a RoPax ferry, a few moments after the mooring lines were cast off for her and our night voyage to Bastia.
When the Mega Andrea was added to the fleet of Corsica Sardinia Ferries in 2015, she already had quite a career behind her: built in 1986 as the Silja Festival for Tallink (Estonia). And the first ship to arrive on site after the MS Estonia disaster. She served as a staging point for the rescue helicopters.
(By the way: a focal length of 30,9 mm in the Nikon 1 system is 83,4 mm in the full-frame world.)
This is number 10 of Hyères & Corsica June/July 2025 and, ofcourse, 12 of Bollard & Co.
It was a really good year for the Maximilian sunflowers here this year, and not so good for the common sunflowers.

The end of a three day weekend in Cyprus; coming back to Nicosia the high way was like this and moving at a snail's pace!
