Breathe in, breathe out,

Move on and break down,

If everyone goes away I will stay.

We push and pull,

And I fall down sometimes,

I'm not letting go,

You hold the other line.

When you think the whole world is going crazy, you need to find a place to breathe.

A forest road near me, I walk, run and cycle there and ski in the winter. When I turn right from here, there are about 50km cross-country trails in front of me and 10km on the left. 👱‍♀️🎧🎶 Can’t Get Enough of Your Love ( Barry White ). Finland, ICM.

I'm sure many of you will recognize this place, as I've posted many images from here. This one is from a few years ago. I saw it in my archives and it filled me with a sense of calm just looking at it. Hope it won't be too long till I can go back.

Nature's answer for the rat race....always works for me.

May we get out and about much more this year!

This favorite bench sits on the bank of Glacier's Pray Lake with Never Laughs Mtn, Painted Teepee Peak and Mt. Sinopah rising in the distance.

Thanks for taking a look!

Have a wonderful Sunday and week ahead!

A random encounter while biking at a trail near New Palz, NY. Five or six kids doing a mix of circus, theater and spoken word. Probably SUNY students, but I don't really know, as we had to leave before they finished.

My heart was beating, barely breathing but still alive

Lost along the way I'd given up my fight

Scattered to pieces all along the floor, within the brokenness

I found something more

I was broken, torn apart

Scars line my arms, on my sleeve I wore my heart

They remind me of what is real

No longer needing pain to feel

I found myself in a sea of busy places, in a world of blurry faces

I found myself, on the edge of insanity, I found, I found me

♫LISTEN♫

Taken on a morning through a bluebell woodland when I was joined by some special guests!

Day 7: From Reykjavik to Stykkishólmur...

We departed from the capital under the rain.... and it accompanied us all the day... one of the targets of the day was cross the highly difficult road of the Snaefellsjoekull National Park, famous for the writer Jules Verne in your novel "Journey to the Center of the Earth", after a attempt we renounced, because the low clouds (they not let see us more than one meter ahead), we continued about the coastal road, sorrounding the Snaefell peninsule. The weather of Iceland order our destinity again!

Have nice day!!

Dear friends of Flickr, I thank each of you for the comments and appreciation reserved for my photos. I apologize if I have not been able to be present as usual in recent months. I'm sure you'll understand, I hug you!
