New TV show filming in Chicago, about a powerful mayor (but NOT related to Mike Royko's famous book of the same name)
The payload of SPB, just a test gondola, with the usual CSBF electronics as well as sensors and many cameras to monitor the super pressure balloon.
This 1970 Boss Mustang was brought in for a light exterior restoration. This one was not in too bad a condition, it was an older restoration that was starting to show its age. We performed some light body work and refinished the car in the original Acapulco Blue and reinstalled the Boss Stripes. We also installed a new flue tank and flue lines.
This one turned out great and will make a great addition to any collection.

Not a particularly good pic, as it's shot shortly before sunset with the light coming up the stern but taken during a quick trip one evening to Lakenheath to introduce a work mate to watching aircraft. I've never seen anybody so impressed by half a dozen Eagles landing before - must get him to the fence at Coningsby sometime! Also the first uploaded using a new editing techinque explained to me by Craig Hollis. Probably not to apparent on this pic but it has enhanced the details that are visible. Still waiting to get a well lit pic of the 48th FW's boss bird...
Week 7 - 1970 Mustang Boss 302. I went to a Labour Day car show in Stanwood, MI. Here was my favorite car.
