Developed over six years, Body Sculpture is the third in his series of animatronic figures that challenge expectations of art and its relationship to the audience.
The work enacts a complex choreography that suggests a confrontational form of ritual. Stated as open to interpretation, the ritual conveys little doubt of what is occurring. Art and electronics merging into a skilful projection.

The Broad-bodied Chaser (Libellula Depressa) is one of the commonest dragonflies found in Europe this male was photographed at the New Lount Nature Reserve which at one time was a Coal Mine but has now been returned back to nature. The pool where these Chasers can be found is always brown in colour whatever time of the year you visit, not sure why as the other pools and ponds on the reserve are clear, I can only presume this may be something to do with the old workings.
A bit of an experiment. I joined a group called The Weekend Ruiner founded by Mr Vanmoer (frenchbloke.vanmoer). Every week you get random items. Some of them are like movie sets in a way -- like a long hallway missing one wall so you can do a photoshoot. This week I got this house. It's awesome. A cartoon neon house.

I had a body I never wore from the Meta-Body experiment of 2011 called Frame Girl which was all lines. I've always wanted to use that body but it's not exactly something you wear out to dinner. It needed the perfect occasion.
