The second anniversary of BC’s Skills for Jobs Blueprint was marked April 25, 2016.
Shirley Bond, Minister of Jobs, Tourism and Skills Training announced almost $8 million in funding over three years for pre-apprenticeship programs that will help young British Columbians find their fit in our diverse, strong and growing economy.

Negative made in photoshop, printed on pictorico transparency "film" and contacted printed for about 9 minutes. A little less detail than I would like, and not quite as fine as I want but I like it a lot.
