Back home after a car ride of ~ 60km, I found this marsh warbler (Acrocephalus palustris) in my car! The bird was ok, calm and showed no ambition to leave the car. I covered the bird with a carton (with wholes) and ... drove back to the place of his home, a natural reserve.
Nach einer Fahrt von ca. 60km entdeckte ich im Fußraum des Beifahrersitzes diesen Sumpfrohrsänger. Das Vögelchen war völlig ruhig und flog nicht auf. Mir war klar, der Fitis muss zurück in sein Gebiet. Vielleicht gehörte er zu einem Brutpaar. Also Rücktransport ins Naturschutzgebiet. Als Schutzmaßnahme diente ein Karton (mit Luftlöchern). Der Blinde Passagier überstand auch diese Fahrt. Hatte das Fliegen nicht verlernt :-)

This is a modern art installation at the Tate Modern in London. It’s constructed entirely of metal Venetian blinds and looks magnificent suspended from the ceiling. I had to wait quite a while for just one person to be in the frame and standing in the right place as it was a busy day with lots of visitors. Canon EOS 6D & EF 28-80mm f/2.8-4.0L
