A little bit of rain doesn't stop one from taking in this spectacular scenery along this highway. With recent heavy rains, the rivers and lakes are very full to overflowing in some areas.
Clayton Falls is on the Clayton Falls Creek that is a short walk from the BC Ferries terminal in Bella Coola BC
Nothing beats immersing yourself in nature and just hearing a river flow.

Trans Canada Highway 1 between Cache Creek BC and Hope BC is getting several bridge upgrades.
While stopped waiting for bridge work, a Canadian Pacific Kansas City train set was making its way along the north shore of the Thompson River.
And this is the end of our Alberta-British Columbia 2024 road trip.

Frog Pond. Dragon Flats area. I use to call this pond ``Cow Pond`` as the water would still smell like cow pee after you boiled the water. Cow are allowed to wounder at will in this park.
