A Batman Hoverfly (Myathropa florea) to wish you a very happy Fly Day Friday!
This common hoverfly can be recognised by the dark markings behind its head, which are said to resemble the Batman logo! It is commonly found in wooded areas across the UK and will visit gardens. It feeds on the pollen and nectar of a range of flowers, from blackthorn in spring to umbellifers in summer and ivy in autumn. It can be seen basking on leaves or hovering in sunbeams. Its aquatic larvae develop in water-filled holes and crevices in trees, but adults can lay eggs in just about any form of standing water. It has even been known to use compost and wet cow dung! It can be seen between April to November,

I liked the look of the new mask they made Batman, so I tried it out, looks okay I guess :p This figure was made in under half a hour :D
Ahoy there,
My camera for some reason won't connect on my computer and because of this I can't show the two new customs I was able to make during some time off. I was able to watch all of SAO in one night so I made the character Kirito, and I remade a classic character I had made for a friend ages ago but never showed, being Quote from Cave Story. I may make Asuna if I feel like doing more :p So thanks for waiting, I'll try to get things working again soon
always ready for the bad men and the weekly themes ;- )

Happy SoS for everyone - Feliz SoS para todos !
I just read Batman: Universe for the first time last week and I definitely enjoyed it. These are a couple of his outfits through the story, but I won't spoil why how he got in all these scenarios through the story.
Left to right:
Stealth suit Batman
Thanagarian Bat-Armor Batman
Regular Batman (with Fabergé egg)
Cowboy Batman
White Lantern Batman
The cape on WL Batman is cut out of a LEGO PE bag, so it is technically purist lol. I tried to use the clear spider-webbed cape from the vampire lady, but it was too stiff bend out behind the figure like it is now.
The Dark Knight is 10 years old this year. Here's my latest attempt at building the Tumbler in Lego.
Trying to keep it simple this week - quick doodle in pencil, scan and a little dab of photoshop for good measure. I'm quite liking 'em.

So I'm working on a very late video talking about not only BvS but the DCEU as a whole and what I think of Snyder's work.
Also Dyl inspired me to post this after seeing his Batman fig.
Here's my BvS Batman fig along with the Supes just cause.
BEFORE YOU ASK: The head came from OnlineSalins Arkham Knight Batman figure.
Some Batman figbarf that I made, minus Red Hood who is just Christo's. The only reason I put him in is because I haven't taken a good pic of him. From left to right:
Beach Creeper: I have no clue why I made this but I think it looks cool. Not something you'll likely see again.
Stoner Batman: Hehe... another random fig, if you can't tell he has the super-creepy smiley Batman face and a bong. I almost put a Bat-symbol sticker on the bong but never did.
Renee Montaya: This figure I like a lot, it was down to her and Bullock and I decided to make Montaya, I think she turned out really good.
Red Hood: As mentioned above, just Christo's figure
Commissioner Gordon: Only things I've changed on him would be his hair and I gave him a trench coat.
Harvey Dent: I got the torso for this figure from my good friend Steven, Strike U, late last year and I finally got around to doing something with it.
Tell me what you think. :)

Not quite the shot I wanted to get, but with the growing crowd trying to get their own pics of the batmobile on display, I had to rush and hope for the best.
This could be the Batman Residence in Gotham City but it's actually the (much-less imaginatively named) "No7 More London" in Southwark on the banks of river Thames in London. Designed by the famous architect Norman Foster it houses the headquarters of PricewaterhouseCoopers and you can easily see why it's got the nickname "the Batman Building"
At least four of my photographer friends have one or more great photos of this place, so I really liked the idea of having one too!! But the thing is how to do it without just copying the others?? (and shooting from exactly the same angle doesn't help either...) After photographing it not only once but in two different occasions, I kept "ignoring" my photos as the light in both cases was very flat (pretty dull weather with overcast skies) and I didn't really know how to treat them properly. I had somehow started to believe that I'm not going to have a proper Batmanhouse photo until yesterday, when upon reviewing my photos again, I've got a sudden "enlightenment" and decided to make some light of my own, according to my imagination. Played quite a bit with it till I decide what I finally wanted to do, but I must say I'm quite pleased by the result.

another one of my favourite scenes from Batman Begins..these are really fun builds..much more to come hopefully ; ) support appreciated
Finished Batman figure from The Dark Knight Rises. Fairly simple here with the painting and just to let everyone know, while I did spraypaint the set with Chaos Black primer from GW before I did the belt, the set does indeed "come in black." :-)
-Painted Brick Affliction Batman TDKR Set
-Custom EclipseGrafx printed Wunderwaffen legs
-Custom modded Brick Affliction Ghost Recon Gloves *(these are NOT part of the set)*
Thank you for taking the time to check out my work and I hope everyone had a Merry Christmas and a has a safe and happy New Year.
