This is Bart at about a year old. He's a year-and-a-half now, and somewhat fatter than in this picture. The general snarky expression is still the same, though.

We met up with Bart Smith again today, he’s a professional photographer documenting all the national scenic trails and one of our favourite fellow CDT hikers. He did a bit up flip flopping, so we past him going south. It took him 1 month to get here from the canadian border, so we’re hopefull that it take us that time or less to get to the end!
