夕陽的餘暉總帶著濃烈的情緒張力，每一道光影都是時間的過程，每一抹剪影都是故事的伏筆。在 Vivitar 105mm f2.8 的視角下，精準捕捉到了人與人的擦肩也是光與影的交錯，騎行的路人甲剛好遮蔽住落日，身影被熔金般的光線包裹，正要與迎面而來的路人乙擦肩而過... 這一刻，彷彿就是真正的決定性瞬間，攝影大師布列松所倡議的攝影哲學吧！拍攝的當下並沒有刻意等待，但畫面故事感已悄然成型，夕陽的逆光剪影將一場人生片刻的縮影拍板定格，兩個陌生的身影在餘暉中相遇又錯身，這個瞬間短暫得讓人來不及思索，卻又深刻得令人無法忘懷。

The olive-backed euphonia (euphonia gouldi) is a small passerine bird in the finch family. It is a resident breeder in the Caribbean lowlands and foothills from southern Mexico to western Panama. The olive-backed euphonia is found in wet forests, tall second growth and adjacent bushy clearings. It primarily feeds on fruits and insects. Fruits such as berries, figs, and small fruits from trees. They also eat a variety of insects, including caterpillars, beetles, and spiders.

The Chestnut-backed Chickadee is a species of western USA and Canada. It is mainly coastal in distribution, with some birds found inland as far as the central Rockies. This individual was in the Forbidden Plateau area of Strathcona Provincial Park, Vancouver Island, British Columbia, Canada.

A pair of Royal Air Force Pumas returning to NAF El Centro after a late afternoon training sortie. Shot for an article I wrote for AirForces Monthly on the Puma Training Flight conducting desert environmental qualification training the US a few years back.

I have passed this scene many times driving between the Ravines Park and Grand River Park but never stopping for a photo. I finally decided early last month to stop along the roadside and get the shot.
And the mouth is wide

I took a series of photos of the back of buildings with store fronts on Water Street in Gardiner, Maine. This is a vertical panorama merge. I applied one of the new adaptive presets, cinema, that are in a recent update of Adobe Lightroom. HFF

I've always been kind of a back door man, preferring the discrete approach vs. a flashy front door entrance. The door on the right has definite possibilities for a legitimate stealth entry. I'd probably fall down those stairs if they were my chosen entryway.

The typical means of family transportation in China, as seen here on a busy street in Suzhou, China. Safety does not appear to be much of a consideration. Evidently there are not helmet laws for children or grownups!
