"Babe" Paley was an American socialite and fashion editor for Vogue. She was on the best-dressed list fourteen times before being inducted into the Fashion Hall of Fame in 1958.
Her personal, unconventional style was enormously influential and continues to be so to this day.
“Babe Paley had only one fault,” commented her one-time friend Truman Capote. “She was perfect. Otherwise, she was perfect.”

The babe and I decided to visit the Byron Hotsprings Motel today.
I actually went to this place before like seven months ago without the babe.
It was a very much more interesting experience WITH the babe. And to my surprise she actually liked it.
We hiked up to the 50 year abandoned hotel (look it up motherfucker if you haven’t heard of it, the Byron Springs Hotel).
And we explored every single room. The poor babe was subject to graffiti words like “fuck” and “666” and “I WILL KILL YOU” weird shit on the wall.
It did not phase the babe.
She pointed out the bad words. I told her not to worry about it. We climbled up the levels of this crazy place. The babe to my surprise loved it.
To sum it up, this was a hotel to the RICH AND FAMOUS during the early part of the 20th century. Then it was purchased by the US government during WWII as a Japanese kind of POW camp in the 1940’s and it has been abandonded since the 1940’s.
It’s so cool I can’t even tell you.
Some people say it’s haunted.
The babe and I decided to explore it today.
She loved every minute of it (really).
