This residence was designed by the architectural firm of Howell and Thomas and built in 1914 for Barton R. Deming, the developer of the Euclid Golf Neighborhood. Designed in the French Eclectic style, this home was angled to conform to the small silver of land on which it was built.

An unknown, named class 47 rides between the tunnels connecting Edinburgh Waverley station with Haymarket station at the southern edge of princes street gardens.

This residence was designed by the architectural firm of Howell and Thomas and built in 1914 for Barton R. Deming, the developer of the Euclid Golf Neighborhood. The living room of the home was 18' by 29' and consisted of 12' high ceilings. Prominent details include birch beams on the ceiling and a 8 foot tall marble firepace.
