Autumn...a season that has the musicality of the maple leaves lulled by the Mistral at night. A season of dim, suffused light... The time of the year that gives the sweetest and most delicious fruits, when the orangeries are in bloom and the countryside is scented with the inebriating aroma of new wine...It’s a season of silver rains and long afternoon chats in the cosy atmosphere of a candlelit cafe’, indulging in the irresistible decadence of warm caramel drops on whipped cream...A time of all night embraces by the shimmering flames of a fire place...It’s a season painted in gold and ruby red...warm, sweet, passionate and mysterious. Spring and summer are bright and loud but autumn is a sensual whisperer.

my fave place to go and photograph love this place so much at the moment Autumn is having a fight with winter there are still lots of leaves on trees and plenty of colour but winter is starting to win its so cold now and a big shock to the system after the long summer and very mild temperatures since Not Looking foward to winter at all hate the dark nights and the cold

This year London was blessed with a fantastic warm Summer. We only had a few rainy days during the whole September and this early Autumn has been quite mild so far. However, this photograph shows that even if London in the sun is amazing, it is not any less beautiful and inspiring in the rain...when the intense lights and colors of the city are magically reflected on the pavements...and people seem to be walking on streets of mirror glass...
