Este libro está pensado en enseñar los fundamentos prácticos del AutoCAD, para poder realizar correctamente dibujos técnicos y planos de cualquier especialidad. Está basado en una teoría sucinta acompañado de ejercicios aplicativos. Dada la amplia experiencia del autor con el uso del programa.Sus alumnos ya lo conocen, pues han recibido más que un curso sino una serie de trucos con marca registrada como “la poesía del AutoCAD”, “la técnica Mahoma”, “la técnica oops”, entre otros. Muchos de esas técnicas no se aprenden con los libros tradicionales, ni con los autores americanos, sino se adquieren por la experiencia del trabajo día a día. Por ello se incluyen full trucos a pedido de sus miles de alumnos: mineros, topógrafos, diseñadores de interiores, dibujantes cad, ingenieros, arquitectos, etc. Hacer una obra abarcando todo esto junto era muy ambicioso pero seguro que en un segundo volumen se podrá lograr.
During their time here the interns have opportunities to learn new techniques and programs to use throughout their career. Yesterday a group of interns learned the basics of AutoCAD. This is a program that allows designers to render and draft for the stage electronically and more accurately. Interns are given multiple opportunities throughout the summer to expand their knowledge and learn more about their craft.

We had to render & mill a piece 1"h x 2"w x 3"l for a project I did in school in AutoCad in '06.The final product didn't look like this it was blue I did this for looks!
A Empresa de Informática e Informação do Município (Prodabel), em parceria com a Escola Virtual do Governo (EGV), promoveu o curso de AutoCAD para os funcionários da empresa. A capacitação, com carga horária de 28 horas/aula, foi ministrada no mês de maio pelo instrutor Rogério Pires de Albuquerque Jacques, na sede da Prodabel. AutoCAD é um aplicativo que, por sua concepção, modo de operar e ferramentas disponíveis, tem grande importância na elaboração de projetos. Rogério destacou a importância do curso. “Acredito que vai ajudar muito os alunos que trabalham na elaboração de projetos ou nas atividades de detalhamento em geoprocessamento”, afirmou. 3 minutes to fill out the form to be able to download the trial. 1 hour to download the 2.2GB exe file. 30 minutes to extract the exe to installation files. 4.5GB and 68,000 files later i am able to actually run the installer. and this is what i get. (OS is Windows 7 64bit - i downloaded the 32bit version thinking i'd be safe)
