This is a remake of a sunset photo that I took on a photography outing with the WIU Hot Shots at Lake Argyle back in 2013. I wanted to see compare how it would look when processed with the new Aurora HDR (the original below was processed with Photomatix Pro). Overall, I think it was easier to process in Aurora HDR and I do like the look I achieved better... although some of the differences may be attributed to my subsequent use of Curves and selective sharpening in Photoshop.
I've replaced this image a couple of times based on input from others. This version has slightly warmer tones as suggested by Ping... I'm not exactly sure I got everything right but it is closer to what she suggested.

This was a spontaneously taken shot on Samos. I almost forgot it and stumbled upon it while I was checking some older memory cards. I hope you enjoy the vibrant greens defying the march of time as much as I do. :)
Shoot me a comment, if you know what kind of vehicle this is.

Communist demonstartions once took place in the vast open space of Heroes’ Square. In fact the square predates Hungary’s Communist era and was originally laid out for the Millennium Celebrations of 1896. Today people come to visit the Millennium Monument at the square’s centre, while traffic runs through its southern side. It is one of the major squares in Budapest, Hungary, noted for its iconic Millennium Monument with statues featuring the Seven chieftains of the Magyars and other important Hungarian national leaders, as well as the Memorial Stone of Heroes.
First time trying my 7D with the 14mm Rokinon, I was hoping to shoot a time-lapse, but the wind was too strong to let things go on their own.
Somewhere in New Brunswick close to the Quebec border. September and morning fog.
Processed in AuroraHDR.
