Sunset and reflection captured from Barassie Beach in Ayrshire, Scotland.
The shifting sandbanks often create these slowly emptying pools as the tide goes out on the beach at Barassie. I captured this handheld at arms length with some much practiced blind aiming.
The sun setting over the Isle of Arran is one of the most beautiful benefits of living in this part of the world.

As the heavens prepare for an imminent downpour, nature paints a breathtaking scene in the mountains of Tuscany.
Italy experiences a period of intense rainfall as dark clouds dominate the sky. The relentless downpour transforms the landscape, turning streets into temporary rivers and fields into saturated patches of earth. People navigate through the rain, seeking shelter and utilizing umbrellas and raincoats to stay dry. The heavy rainfall showcases the power and unpredictability of nature, reminding us of our vulnerability in the face of natural forces.
Sometimes you just feel that a certain place has something, a vibe, an energy, well something 😆

How to describe morning mist in forest? It is one of the best thing you can get for the forest photo. The colors drive themselves all over the place and every frame is perfect. What you can't see on the photo is the spirit of the place. The strange quiet and stillness. The weird smell. The different sound of your steps. Truly spooky!

Soon to be here again, season of cold rain, gloomy grey, but also of an atmosphere and unusual colors. Few weeks of quick click and then the long sleep of darkness. I really hope we awake into a better spring than this year...

Part of the Avebury henge complex, dated 2850 BC to 2200 BC.
Some believe such ancient sites were connected and placed on lines of spiritual power, ley lines, maybe that's what's in the sky? Or not :) Certainly a sacred place with a unique atmosphere.
