So I've been watching the show Euphoria lately. I'm on season two, and it's interesting, but to be honest I haven't decided if I like it or not yet. There's some parts of it I do like, but there's a lot I'm really not sure about. That said, I do really like the stylistic choices for the character Maddy. Her looks tend to be Y2K/early 2000s-influenced, but with some modern twists. Kinda dark, naturally bad bitch energy.
So, I decided to put together a deep sea mer look inspired by Maddy's aesthetics. The kinda piece-y space buns, cunty eye look, and a halter top I could theoretically see her wearing.
And of course, since my parcel design for SL's 20th b-day is Y2K-era-inspired, it seemed like the appropriate location to photograph such a lady. It'll be open until July 16th, so come have a look while ya still can, if you'd like to. 🐟

This set is very spooky and it looks cool if you're trying to go for a darker theme, I especially love the spider teapot so much that I named him Charles! The rocking horse is the only rare item shown here, but everything else is a common! And yes, the rocking horse does actually rock, no pun intended. I'd gotten this striped jacket at the event it was at in August and knew what I wanted to do with it. I'd held off announcing what I wanted to dress as because I was absolutely certain that we were on the cusp of a Beetlejuice revival. However as Halloween approached this year, I realized that nobody had really rolled with the theme. So when I let Shy know I needed a host for my Halloween event and she mentioned her costume, I was OVERJOYED that someone was doing something Beetlejuice themed.
